The perfect get away for family and friends looking for a relaxing Florida vacation, close to everything yet with all the comforts of home. Situated in a safe and quiet residential area within 500 feet of the Gulf of Mexico, with streets you can walk and cycle on. This lovely property has been given a little make over with a new exterior paint job and new flooring in all 3 bedrooms. An in ground pool is awaiting for your use! The pool is heated for an additional weekly cost. This home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, family room with a 50" smart TV, and outdoor patio with barbecue grill. Located within 5 miles of Robert K Rees Memorial Park , it's a short car ride to beautiful sand beaches, where you will find comfortable facilities, nature trails, barbecues & playgrounds. You are within 5 minutes driving distance to restaurants, grocery, ATM, gas stations, shopping centers. There are 25 golf courses within a 30 minute drive.

New Port Richey has a charming small town feel. Set along the Pithlachascotee River, often called the Cotee river, is beautiful Simm's Park & close by main street with several restaurants, bars & live entertainment. Situated on Florida's west coast New Port Richey is centrally located, approximate 45 min drive from the Tampa International Airport and 1 ½ hour drive from Orlando. Boating and fishing are very popular activities here and boat rentals and fishing licenses can be arranged easily just minutes away. There are many wonderful and varied attractions close by: 15 minutes to Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, 35 minutes to Clearwater beach, 35 minutes to Bush Gardens Theme Park, 35 minutes to Weeke Wachee Mermaid Show, and 1.5 hours to Disney World.

Property was perfect for all ages. Beautiful home with open floor plan, nice size bedrooms, great kitchen for multiple people. Garage has ping pong table, laundry room and lots of fun floaties for the pool. Backyard is amazing, nice fun pool to cool off and enjoy

The home and pool were just as shown on the listing. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The home was very clean. the pool was like bath water. Nice neighborhood very quiet. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Beautiful house inside and out. We were visiting family in the NPR area and this house was perfect for us. I booked this property for a week for myself, my Mom and two daughters. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The pool and patio was absolutely beautiful. My daughters spent many hours swimming and loved every minute. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Location was great and close to many restaurants and beaches. Thank you for sharing this wonderful home. We are looking forward to our next stay!

This was a beautiful home! Great location! We enjoyed our stay very much! My only suggestions for the owner would be that it was very warm in the house each day until it cooled off in the evening around 7pm. Having to keep the thermostat at 76 degrees had us feeling quite unpleasant and I found myself sweating a lot while there. Other than that I very much enjoyed my stay!

The house was perfect in every way. Had absolutely everything we could possibly need.
From the moment we opened the front door we were impressed. It smelled and looked so neat and clean. The house had anything you could need. It was a home away from home. Typically when we come to the area we stay at a hotel. This was the best way to go. Great cozy home!

Beautiful Gulf Getaway!
The Dragonfly is a beautiful retreat for couples or families. I love dragonflies so the theme was very appealing to me. The home is very nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings. Our family had an amazing time! We were part of a large group who rented getaways in the Port Richey and Hudson area. The location of the house was very convenient for meeting them on the various activities we organized nearby. It is close to many beautiful and has a very relaxing pool we used all the time. The home was stocked with supplies we did not expect it to have. The neighbors were also very friendly. We were very pleased with our stay and would rent from them again. Our family gives it 100 stars!!

Our family had a great time staying here. Our kids 18, 16, 13 and 6 all enjoyed their vacation. Close enough to everything but far enough to not deal with traffic. Lot's of eating options and multiple beach locations to choose from. There's definitely something for everyone!

Terrific Vacation Location
I stayed here with my mother, my daughter and my 3 grandchildren (ages 3-88) when we came to the area to spend time with cousins. The location was great for meeting with them and exploring Weeki Wachee to the north and Tarpon Springs to the south. The house was perfectly set up for our family. The house was clean and comfortable. There were more supplies and amenities than I've seen in many rental units. Check out was a breeze. The pool onsite was a real plus and the kids really liked a night swim with the lights. The only downside to this home was the lack of a dining room table for games and meals (but we ate many meals out). Would definitely consider this home again for a future stay in the area!

Beautiful house.
This is a beautiful house with an amazing neighborhood. The swimming pool isn’t too deep but kids can swim without having to worry about them drowning. The neighborhood is super safe and you can go out for a nice walk or bike ride. The neighbors are amazing, the kids swam in the pool til late and there weren’t any complaints. I wasn’t able to take my kids to watch the fireworks because of safety right now but on the night of 4th of July our front door neighbors threw fireworks all night and they were even nice enough to my kids some fireworks. We really appreciate them for being so wonderful to us.

We were very pleased with our stay. The home is very modern, clean, and comfortable. Communication was effortless. Chickie, the property manager was friendly and readily available. The owners have taken the time to create a binder loaded with suggestions for local beaches, bars/nightclubs, theme parks, restaurants, museums, shopping centers, wildlife reserves, cruises, etc. that would appeal to the tastes of every type of traveler. My only suggestion would be to install some handrails at the pool entrance. As someone who has suffered a debilitating knee injury, I needed assistance getting in and out of the pool. The rails would allow someone such as myself to enter and exit the pool safely without the assistance of another person. Aside from this, our stay was definitely 10 out of 10 and we would absolutely stay here again!
