"While I am happy to have graduated from OU, I am sad because it means I don’t have a reason to come back and stay here again. The hotel is perfectly kept, but not overly formal or stuffy. The staff are polite, friendly, and accommodating, which was welcome after a long cold drive. The pictures at the ends of the halls of the university and student activities made it seem more “homey”. The restaurant Cutler’s was excellent as well. It was a bit crowded only because it was the winter graduation, but even then it wasn’t too bad. I enjoyed my stay even for the quick graduation trip, and I hope I find a reason to go back at some point. "

"Our family get together of 22 over Thanksgiving found the property spacious and inviting. With seven children 7 and under, their parents, and their parents; there was plenty of kitchen space for food preparation and serving, adult and children space for entertainment, and outdoor space for play, walking and exercise. The proximity to Lancaster was great for shopping, restaurants and bars. Although there was a malfunctioning thermostat for the downstairs HVAC, the response on a holiday by the owner and his HVAC contractor was unbelievably timely. We made use of the dual downstairs TV’s for viewing the OSU-Michigan game with ample seating space for our large group. A number of attendees used both the hot tub and the sauna with me, personally, using both every morning. The pool, understandably, was seasonally covered. For our large family group, the property was very comfortable. Its central location was accessible for our driving from four states. We will strongly consider it for coming get togethers. "

"A very warm experience. Hope Cabin was in a nice, quiet and secluded place. Warm and cozy on the inside. Driving distance to all major Hocking Hills trails. Great arrival instructions that led you to cabin front door. Great communication with property manager. Hope to be back soon! :-)"

"The house was the perfect setting to gather the family for my husbands 60th Birthday. The indoor pool is kept at a perfect temperature for swimming and enjoying the pool area. The fireplace in there was a great. The little ones could warm up by the fire and cooked marshmallows. That is probably where we spent the most time. The kitchen was equipped with more than I expected. The beds were all very comfortable. Are there parts of the house that need a little love? Yes of course...it's a house they always need a little something done. If little things are going to bother your trip you are traveling with the wrong group. You should be enjoying what you have. We celebrated my husbands 60th Birthday and it was outstanding! When we had questions the host was very quick to respond. We grilled steaks on the deck. The family took full advantage of the many games that were in the house. My only regret? My husband wasn't born a few weeks earlier so we could have enjoyed the beautifull fall foilage. "
