Lovingly restored with brand-new appliances and modern amenities, this gem features 14 foot ceilings and original hardwood floors - truly the best of both worlds. Cook a great meal in our spacious kitchen or relax in the shaded backyard with a cocktail before heading out to the French Quarter, just a five minute walk away. Welcome!

Sleeps 10, backyard available for use. Kitchen stocked to prepare any meals, Keurig with coffee provided. Lovely living room and kitchen with breakfast bar/island + large dining room. All bathrooms come with essentials such as 3-in-1 shampoo/conditioner/bodywash and fluffy towels!

Great for big families.
This house was perfect for our family and much more affordable than getting three hotel rooms. It was the ideal distance from the annoying parts of the quarter but close enough to walk there. We even got to experience some local parades, so even though you think you may not be near enough, you will be.

yearly reunion & birthday celebration
the house was lovely; it was great to have an en suite bathroom for each bedroom; we had a private chef prepare a dinner for the 10 of us; we were able to enjoy the space, including the courtyard, to celebrate a special birthday; host was promptly responsive when there was an issue with a toilet and accommodating. we appreciated the location as it was quiet and only a 20 min walk to our favorite spots in the quarter!

AMAZING House for Groups
We were incredibly satisfied with our stay!. The hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive. The house was even nicer in person than in the pictures. So spacious and clean. The beds were all so comfortable and we felt really safe in the area. Within walking distance to the French Quarter.

Ideal!
Our group does a traveling "Friendsgiving" each year. This house was perfect for our group of seven. The house is huge! Kitchen is well appointed with plenty of pots/pans/plates/cups.... It was wonderful to have on-suite bathrooms with each bedroom. They allowed us an early entrance to the property since one couple arrived very early and took the time to walk them through all of the amenities. French Quarter was an easy walking distance while it was far enough away to not have too much noise. The only word of caution is that the front bedroom upstairs does get a bit of street noise so put your heavy sleepers in there. We all agreed this was the best place we have stayed in all the years we have been doing this.
