Super clean 2 bedroom - Cute, Quiet, Convenient - Very safe neighborhood

Peaceful, simple and welcoming. 1 king bed and 2 twin beds. Walking distance to the Streetcar, grocery and restaurants. Quick and easy to the French Quarter and parade routes but far enough to offer a reprieve. This is a very safe, family-friendly neighborhood. The space is well appointed, clutter-free and super clean.

Perfect place for a Tulane visit.

Perfect place to stay if you are visiting Tulane as a parent of a current student for a prospect family. The house is close to campus and walkable to everything and anything. It’s quiet, comfortable and nicely furnished. The host is very quick to respond.

Dissatisfied Renter

We didn’t have to speak to owners but one time except communication during booking and upon checking out. The owner seemed to be responsive and open to communication if needed. However, a MAJOR renovation needs to be done at what appears to have formerly been the basement. Our trip included two couples with no privacy because you have to go through one bedroom to get to the bathroom. Not to mention there is only a shutter door that separates the rooms (no privacy). Televisions are soooooo inexpensive today but neither room has a tv. There were small children and seemingly a dog running through the house constantly since they (THE OWNERS) lived above us. Thank God we were gone most of the day, Every room including the bathroom has small holes in the ceiling (are there hidden cameras)? Who knows? My family will never stay here again. I do not recommend this property to anyone. Not to mention you have to park your vehicle on a VERY NARROW street.
