I appreciated the security fence, as well as the key code required for both the gate and home entry. It was great to return home to air conditioning after being in the heat. Very convenient to have an on site washer and dryer. GREAT shower. Nicely appointed and well thought out.

So clean, owner was amazing. Enjoyed the location so much to do. Neighbor hood needs cleaned up, but this rental made up for it ten fold. We felt safe and loved this rental.

Nice studio close to the streetcar
The studio was nice and clean, and the A/C worked extremely well, which is key in New Orleans. The area is improving but not the greatest. Being near the streetcar is really nice though and there are a lot of walkable places nearby.

The apartment is lovely - very tastefully decorated and quite cozy. I felt very safe, and it was much more convenient than staying in a hotel. The nights were quiet - not something one can always say about places in NOLA.

Great place for a quick night in NOLA
Clean and well appointed. Very nice new place. Neighborhood seemed a bit questionable but it’s typical spotty New Orleans. Neighbors don’t like rentals next door but it was safe with the locked gate. Perfect for a quick night coming from BR. Overall great place.

Wonderful place to stay
I had 2 days visiting to NOLA and found this place. The house is new and in great location (only 3 blocks to St Charles streetcar) and it's safe to walk home at night after long day in downtown. The owner promptly responded to any questions or requests. I highly recommend this house if anyone visits NOLA.

This is a great option when visiting NOLA. Easy check in and check out process. Keurig coffee maker is a plus!. Only thing is to remember to bring bath toiletries as host does not provide shampoo or soap. Otherwise very great stay and we would stay again!

This property was absolutely beautiful. The check in and checkout process was super easy and keyless. The home was gated in so I felt very safe, considering where the home was located. The home was very comfortable and cozy. The owner also left complimentary snacks, which I appreciated it. My husband and I were also able to check in early, which we loved. Overall, the stay was great!

Great Space!
Nice place with easy checking and out process. Owner was easy to work with. Close to the street car which takes you to downtown. Neighborhood was under renovation. Need to be aware of your surroundings, but me and my friend never felt unsafe.
