Well, in the end I really liked the fact that it was not in the center of all that's going on in NOLA, but a quiet place to retreat to after a long day. I appreciated the fact that there was coffee, but would have appreciated at least one bottled water. I got in at midnight, and had no idea where to get water at that time. Secondly, the sofa needs to be replaced. its uncomfortable and stinky.

Would not let us into our room after long travel until 4:00. In turn made us pay to keep luggage there even though room was empty. Felt like they “nickel and dime” us at every chance they had. The room was 55 degrees while we slept because when we would increase the heat, someone was turning heat off remotely. Location was decent. Bed was great but had to sleep in cold room.
