Overall not a horrible place. The place may be a bit run down, but it comes with the price paid. If you are looking for a cheap easy hotel this is definitely the place. Free breakfast too.

Overall hotel was run down. Non existing landscaping. Grounds were messy and uninviting. Room 101 no better. Door to room did not close properly. No weather stripping around door allowed draft in. Temperature was going to drop down in the low thirties that evening. Curtain on window was extremely old, did not close properly restricting privacy to room. Flush handle on toilet leaked when operating it. Shower was not cleaned properly. Toilet paper dispenser was empty and some bath and hand towels were missing. Dresser was extremely old. No place to put a suitcase except the bed to keep it off the floor. This place was a dump and that's being nice. I will never book at a Roadway Inn again. Bad advertising from Expedia regarding this property. I checked in but after entering the room, I spoke with the young lady at the front desk and informed her I would not be staying at the hotel. A refund would be the least Expedia should do.

This place, the staff and the hotel were excellent for the value! They went out of their way to accommodate me, and very nice updated room with amenities. I am very appreciative and would highly recommend this Rodeway Inn

You walk in the room smells like mold. The floors was not mopped and not vacuumed a lizard was in the room. It’s was nothing like the internet said poor cleaning. The sheets on the beds was clean was the only great thing about it. Even though it was for 1 night I would have expected better. Would I stay there again No No No. it was not to my liking….

Decent not really any complaints. Good for a quick stay, they are redoing the rooms the bathrooms are AMAZING! Light up mirrors with a defogger and clean tubs and brand new updated toilets! I know once they get the actual rooms redone there going to be 5 star! About a 20 min drive to bourbon street. And also there is no longer a pool but that was ok with us we didn’t mind! They did just let me walk off without giving my deposit back but that was on me and I did go back and get it but they don’t remind you so if your like me make a mental note to not forget about it lol but overall I’d stay again!

The property was very clean and in a safe area. The room was super clean with a few amenities. There was a microwave and refrigerator in the room. They were also very clean. The beds were super comfortable. The air conditioner work really well but was in an awkward position. In a double room one of the beds block the Air and the bed next to the air get too much air. The television had very good content. Even though it says nothing about a deposit, the hotel requires a $50 dollar deposit. Overall this is a hidden gem in New Orleans and I would highly recommend this location.

Not at all as shown on the site. We decided our safety was more important than the refund, which the owner was not willing to give back even though the conditions of this place were absolutely awful. Luckily, we found better accommodations for our stay.

Had a problem with opening our door. Maintenance man helped us the first day. It got harder to open the next day. We mentioned it to the Clerk as we were leaving. Room was clean.

Place was a bad experience from the get go. Checked in to see football game. Very noisy and many shady folks hanging around in parking lot. Found bedbugs in the morning. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here.

The property is being worked on and is an old property. The neighborhood was not the safest and was hard to find because an 18 wheeler was parked in front of the building blocking the view. The area was very dirty and the room smelled.

Three different rooms in three days. AC went out in 1st room, The smoke detector kept beeping in the second room and the plumbing was clogged in the third room. No attempt at compensating me for those inconvenience.
