Difficult process to book and discuss details
To note I booked this property pretty last minute with a change in plans on our itinerary. Typical daily rates seemed to be around $100-150. I recognize this was a premium weekend in NOLA so price was inflated but ended up spending about $400+ per night on this apartment which is really ridiculous. Did not see the misc fees attached when booking (and that is on me for not inspecting details thoroughly). hard to speak with a local contact for supplies or assistance. We had an incident last night that the lock froze us out. we went to leave the apartment and lock would not lock. had to get someone on line to reset it. came back later at night and lock was frozen. got on the 800# for at least 25 minutes with "you are #1 in line". fortunately the security person for Roami was delivering towels to a room next door who was fantastic. he helped send the details to apparently the Philliipines where the CS is located and we were able to get in the door that night. Apartment very sparsely furnished - provided only 2 towels even though advertised as rooftop pool you would think would provide additional towels? kitchen had one spoon and only a small amount of glassware/kitchenware. you could never cook a meal properly and serve in this kitchen. Shower was difficult to operate in that the button to change bath to shower was stuck had to really pull on it to get it to pull up. Window blinds pull strings were tied up in knots and was extremely difficult to ope
