The Space:
In a city with so much to do and see, location matters when choosing a place to stay in New Orleans. At Bourbon Place you'll find the perfect home base for any business or leisure trip in the Big Easy. It's easy to fall in love with these apartments, which boast modern amenities (like a full kitchen!), historic architecture, and more space than a New Orleans hotel room.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

PARKING: Metered parking is available on Carondelet St on a first come, first serve basis.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Stair gates provided upon availability.

Great location/unit
The unit is in a great central location and it's a very modern, secure, big, clean, well laid out unit. The downsides: there are only 2 windows in the unit which are small and too high up on the wall to look out of. There is no balcony or patio, so you're in the unit with no view and no window to see through or open for fresh air. Also, there is a restaurant below the unit. Some machine gets turned on in the restaurant and when it runs it makes lots of noise in the bedroom and extra bathroom of the unit.
