Place was perfect for our few nights in NOLA. Close to French Quarter, street cars and Jazz Fest shuttle. Host was super responsive. Would definitely stay there again!

The property was very nice and was in a good location. The Ruby Cafe was great to have breakfast at in the morning and everything was within walking distance from this place. It was quiet and convenient. Would recommend staying here and I will definitely stay here in the future when we visit NOLA!

Only stayed one night but the property was great. Over a cafe that we are at the next morning and only a couple minutes walk from bourbon street. Genesis was very responsive and answered any questions I had.

Great Location
We had a wonderful stay in New Orleans. It was exactly as I imagined it would be with music and parades in the streets, delicious restaurants, a city like no other! The Penthouse was located a block from Canal St and it was easy to walk all over the city. The location was easy to find and there was a lot of public parking available less than a block away. I would stay in this location again. Thank you for hosting us Genesis!

Was staying the night to catch Clejan, the Trap Violinist, on Bourbon. Loved the location, truly made me feel like a local. Traveling alone I felt safe the entire time. Great area within walking distance of SO much. Highly recommend, especially if you’re doing a solo R&R trip like I did 💜

Our rental on the top floor penthouse was lovely. It was just as large as the pictures which actually fit our group perfectly. It was very clean and the windows are large and can open to see the city. Really enjoyed drinking our coffee next to the window! Comfortable beds and large couch!

Our 2nd year at this same location and we loved it. The location is perfect for being just outside of the mix but still located in the mix. Ideal location for walking to the festivities. Awesome location
I have to say this place was perfect for the two nights that we stayed I wish we could have stayed a little longer. This place is spacious, clean and the beds are super comfortable (which I normally always miss my bed). Location could not have been more perfect we walked everywhere no need for a car, we walked to bourbon street, Caesar’s Casio, the river rock nice bars and restaurants. The reason why I can the check in process a 4 was because I asked for location and instructions and didn’t receive until the day, I’m a planner and like to know ahead of time but honestly this place was great

More precise directions on entering the loft should be given. It rained and there was water outside our door and in the hallway. It appeared to be over riding settings on the air conditioner. There is no parking except for paid parking lots which are at least two blocks from location. The host will respond to questions.
