Disliked: Check-in, communication, location
YOU NEED BOTH KEYS TO OPEN THE DOOR and
In the instructions it stated that we needed one key to unlock the door, but we found out that was not true when we got locked out of the house. We contacted the owners and they were out of town with the other set of keys and said that we needed to call a locksmith. We explained that they never stated that we needed both sets of keys to unlock the door. It was also dumb that both sets of keys needed to unlock the door were on two different rings. We thought to take one set of keys and leave one in the home because we were going the same place. The owners never stated that the you needed both keys to unlock the front door. Then the owners stop responding once I explained that the lack of communication on their part caused this and I would like to refunded $236.90 for the locksmith. The locksmith even said that he could tell that a locksmith had to come out to unlock the door before because the door was chipped by the lock and was loose. The door was very loose even with being locked and was unsafe. I do not recommend due to the of the lack of communication and accommodation for an issue they caused.
