Nicely updated studio, completely modern. The host was very responsive. Easy access to everything with a great breakfast at the Ruby Slipper within walking distance and Whole Foods a few blocks away. I would highly recommend this for a couple or single and would book again, we had a great stay.

Great Stay
Perfect for a mini weekend stay. Property was very clean & located close to major sites. You do have to part along the street & my car ended up getting side swiped & I had to make a police report, so just be mindful when parking. Overall I enjoyed the home!

nice small apartment with awesome terasse/garden
We enjoyed our stay - espacially because of the nice terasse. But also the apartment is just fine for two people. The bed is not the biggest but we knew beforehand so it wasn't a surprise. Everthing was clean and in good shape and the communication with the owner was perfect. Thank you :-)

We found previous guests hair everywhere, sheets, floor, bathroom, shower booth, you name it. Host did not reply on time. Not worth the money at all. Pay more and stay at a hotel.

Weekend in NOLA
This was exactly what we wanted, a nice clean room in a location that was convenient to anything we wanted to do in NOLA. This was basically a hotel room with a nice bathroom for less money. Room was clean, AC was cold (in record heat), and shower was nice. Great place for a couple's weekend.

Great location! One block from Streetcar line
Great property. Overall it was a great stay. It could have been cleaner, I ended up just tidying the entire place before we left. It was in a convenient spot. One block from the streetcar. Comfy bed. I do wish there was a small bench or couch at the end of the bed to sit. We had to sit on the bed to eat which made me nervous! Great place if you are going to be out and about the entire time.

Birthday Weekend.
My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay. Property was clean/quiet, property manager was very responsive, and the location being close to everything with an 11min ride with Uber made it even more better. Comfortable overnight accommodation
If you just need a comfy bed and a nice shower, this is a great deal. The location, bathroom and bed were all fantastic. These were the most important objectives for us. A block off canal street and easy walk to the trolley stop. It was everything we needed for our quick get away. A few additional touches would be nice, like lamps on the nightstands and hooks to hang our jackets, etc. since there is no closet nor dresser. There is a suitcase stand, a chair and bench, with basic tv and direct tv. There is also a kitchen sink and compact refrigerator. The door is through the gate and around the back of the house. Deck with chairs for sitting outside.

Perfect hideaway
This was the perfect hideaway for 2. It was private and quiet. The mattress was a comfy memory foam. The room was very modern and clean. It was a great location, only a block away from a trolley that takes you to the heart of the French Quater. The Waffle House a block away was great too. I had a delicious fluffy waffle!

Well, you pay for what you get. I had trouble finding my place because two monster trucks were parked in the driveway, concealing the gate. I had no trouble at all but the neighborhood is concerning. It could just be, New Orleans. IDK The pics are accurate, It is secluded, behind the back of the house. It is a small secluded, bedroom and shower. The shower is great!

Double shower heads made you book
Double shower head is the perk! Perfect for 2 people.. if you need a room to shower, change & sleep.. this is the spot. You will live out of your suitcase. But you are walking distance from canal trolley that takes you right to bourbon st. We drunk walked at 5am and felt very safe

The floors needed to be cleaner other than that it was very good. It was not "7 blocks to French Quarter". "1 Block From Street Car Line-Only" was true and was very useful
