Developed and designed in the 1800s by the Baroness de Pontalba, who was dubbed one of the most dynamic personalities in the city's history, this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo highlights the authentic New Orleans character. We are centrally located, making it ideal for vacation renters looking to be apart of our beautiful city for a couple days. We are close to all of New Orleans attractions: Cafes, Restaurants, Jackson Square, Bourbon Street and upscale nightlife. Parking is available all around the neighborhood.

Great location in the French Quarter. Comfy beds with a cozy living room. Only downside was the street noise and sirens but that is what you get in the Quarter. We had a great time and would stay there again!!

Wonderful Stay
The property was spick and span clean; appeared to have been recently updated; great location in French Quarter- easy walking distance to everything; it’s on a relatively quiet street ( quieter than other places we have stayed in the French Quarter.) We all had a great time in this lovely apartment. I would definitely recommend this property to those wanting to stay in the French Quarter.

Fabulous!!!
We stayed in September for a long couples weekend. Was a perfect condo with each couple to have their own bed and bath. The elevator was nice after a long day of walking. Pool was down but hopefully back up when we come back. Will absolutely pick this location again!

This property is in a great location to everything. Clean. Only problem was parking as we rented a car to visit other locations in Louisiana and cost to park overnight anywhere is very high.

Clean and Comfortable
We really enjoyed our stay and found everything to be super clean and accommodating. The location is close to lots of dining, great music, and shops. I love the extra security of the front gate and locked entryway. Management was super easy to work with and very responsive. She really helped me out when I left my phone in the building. We plan to search out this property everytime we visit New Orleans from now on.

Mardi Gras!
Perfect setting for experiencing this beautiful vibrant city on foot. We were glad we did not bring a car though as parking appeared to be an issue. Also: it stays loud at night, so bring ear plugs for a good night sleep!

Great location and very comfortable
For Mother’s Day weekend my husband and I and our 2 adult children stayed 3 nights. Great location, can easily walk throughout the French Quarter. Just a couple blocks from Bourbon St. so the majority of the noise is not heard. There were a few time during the night that you hear loud music or people outside but being on the 3rd floor it’s at a min. I would highly recommend this place.

Newly remodeled accommodations close to everything within walking distance. You’ll hear all the noise if bedroom faces the street. Clean unit with superb communication from Jennifer. The only negative was a huge roach on the living room floor on out last day.

Good but some flaws
Great location close to all the action. Property manager made getting in the condo super simple. Some issues were the black mold in the master bathroom shower, the tv in the other bedroom is broken and falling off the wall. There were lights hanging from the ceiling by wires. The master bathroom door also doesn’t close.

There was black mold on the toilet, as well as the AC vents, and showers did not have hot water. However, there was more toilet paper than said and it was the good kind :)

Great apartment in the French Quarter
Nice and clean apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything is new and up to date! Washer and Dryer as well. I stayed for 5 days and had no issues. Communication with the managers was always very responsive. Building is in a great location - walkable to everything without being too close to the noisier areas.
