A true Gem in NOLA
The home exceeded all of my expectations 110%. The owner is very nice and easy to communicate with. It was less than a 10 minute drive to anywhere we wanted to go. Overall the best New Orleans trip I've ever had!

Bring forks and prepare to do laundry
Property needs some work (i.e., covered fireplace needs sides caulked for privacy, mold in bathroom needs removed properly, dishwasher needs secured, squeaky beds, faux subway tiles falling off walls) and a good cleaning (floors, bed covers and bathmats were not clean). No ice maker, no Keurig pods, only 2 forks, 3 coffee cups and very limited pans. Location was great for walking to the jazz festival though.

Just okay, should’ve stayed in a hotel to be honest
Our stay was okay, the house itself is clean and air conditioned, however it was lacking in necessities like towels and toilet paper. By no means was this listing inaccurate, however the location of the house is much farther away from bars and restaurants than anticipated so we couldn’t just walk places. It’s also a walk to the trolley so we ended up using Uber which was another expense. I think if you want to do more touristy stuff and be able to go back and forth from home base to activities, the location is not for you. Cleanliness and communication were excellent though

Great place to stay
Very clean and well designed. Responds timely and very kind. Loved that we could do our laundry and the supplies need were available. Only bad thing was the bed. Very stiff and uncomfortable. Will stay again if back in town.

Great times in a great place!
Airy, beautiful, cool spot. BIG TV in the main room, with bunches of streaming services. Brand-new wash/dry. All in all, a really good choice for a couple or small family. Lots of construction underway in the neighborhood, but try the local restaurants and coffee shops - they were all fantastic! Property mgr was friendly and super responsive. So happy we stayed here!

Very nice place
We had a great week in New Orleans and enjoyed this apartment a lot. It was my wife, me, and our two young kids and the place was perfect for us. Whole foods nearby as was the streetcar. Only minor complaint was it felt a bit unsafe at night. Not saying it actually was to be clear. Overall highly recommend it and Dana as the host was fantastic!

Amazing Host
First off I want to say that Dana is the most attentive host I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. She answered every question promptly and came to assist with WiFi issues personally. The property itself is perfect for a group of four; very cute, very clean. It is walkable to the French quarter if you don’t mind a mile walk and I never payed more than $15 for an Uber to any part of the city. The area was safe, and there was always street parking available in front of the house. I would definitely stay here again!

Our experience was amazing! Dana was so helpful and accommodating to us. She was an amazing host and I would definitely book with her again in the future. Overall a great trip for me and my friends.
