Centrally located in the heart of New Orleans you can experience this beautiful, private studio and grounds. Newly constructed with upscale materials, this studio features upscale finishes including quartzite kitchen & bath counters, Carrara marble shower, and designer lighting, linens and furnishings. Only a 10 minute Uber or Lyft ride from all of the world class attractions, restaurants, and bars.
Every element of this space was chosen with luxury in mind. Quartzite countertops, Carrara marble in the bath, Champagne bronze plumbing fixtures. Bedding is 100% cotton 400TC Italian sheets, with a Peacock Alley coverlet and shams and Suzanne Kastler for Ballard Designs linen and cotton Duvet and Euro shams. Ralph Lauren towels. Appliances include a full size washer & dryer, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave drawer, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster oven.

Great location
Had an amazing stay! Not to far from downtown and shopping areas. Definitely would recommend this place to other travelers. My fiancé and I where treated like family and was very comfortable with the owners and had a lot of great recommendations of the area to do things on our stay

Great location
Unit is right on Napoleon Ave. with an RTA stop at the front door or across the street. With the RTA system you can go to nearly any place in NO. Weekly tickets are $15 - cheap. Unit is as advertised - clean, private. There is a pool on the property but it was not available during my stay - too cold still. Access is via stairway so you need to be able to climb.

First time in NOLA
This was our first trip to New Orleans - we had a great time and communication with the owners was great and very fast to respond to any questions we had. Location is good and was an easy uber ride to French quarters. Lots of amenities and very comfortable.

Perfect Romantic Getaway for Couples
The property is lovely with plenty of privacy and amenities. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay immensely and found it to be conveniently located close to a lovely Mexican restaurant in walkable distance! We felt safe in the evenings and while it was rainy and chilly, we enjoyed being able to at least dip our toes in the pool in the early mornings. Will definitely stay again!

Pleasureable stay
Came to New Orleans to experience the Mardi Gras festivities, and found this little gem of a spot. The place has a comfortable bed, clean interiors, and a beautiful pool outdoors with a patio. The hosts are extremely friendly and hospitable. Should you choose this location, you won't be disappointed 😎. P.S. safe neighborhood with a parking spot.

Beautiful clean upscale single level apartment. Great informative hosts, good location about 2 miles north of the Audubon Park and zoo. Booked for a whole week to do some small amount of remote work and plenty of time for leisurely sightseeing. Parking on a concrete pad just off the street was available every night. One quality improvement note for the description is the apartment is located up one flight of stairs overlooking the lovely pool.

Easy in the Big Easy!
Lovely and spotlessly clean space. We felt safe in this neighborhood - it’s about a 25 minute walk to the Tulane stadium and a 10-15 minute drive to the Quarter. Parking was always available in a spot right outside the gate. Owner was super friendly and would be an excellent resource if a guest needed area info.

This is a gorgeous space, and looks just like the photos. The hosts Al and Lesley are welcoming and offer some great advice. Also very helpful to have the washing machine and dryer. Would recommend to anyone not wanting to stay in the hustle and bustle of NO, and prefer a quiet retreat.

A lovely property. Settled in a quiet residential neighborhood in uptown. The pool is such a gem and Al and Leslie were friendly and gracious. True Louisiana charm. Loved every minute. If your looking for something close to action this is not your place but if you want a nice neighborhood near Tulane and close enough to restaurants and sone great coffee this place will be a great choice. Uber ride anywhere in the city is quick and affordable.

Anniversary week
Al and Lesley were very welcoming and made us feel at home the week we stayed. They were very informational on where to go and what to see. We felt very safe leaving our vehicle there during the week and using Uber to get around. The neighborhood was very quiet and the pool felt amazing after a long day of walking and sightseeing. They offered great recommendations on places to see and eat. Overall it was a wonderful experience and felt we were treated like family.

Great property in a good neighborhood thats close to downtown and other areas to visit. The pool house was gorgeous and exactly as described. The pool was lovely for a dip after a day of exploring and site-seeing. Al and Leslie very friendly and Felix is adorable! Kitchen was decently stocked and my only suggestions on that end would be to have a cutting board (i had to cut fruit on plates) and maybe a hotplate adition. Thats personally me as I like to cook and not eat out every meal. Overall we had a great time and would definitely be back for a stay here again!

Loved it!
Loved the room and the pool. It was so private and quiet! Easy to get places from there, and Napoleon has a paved walking/running path, so made it easy to go for runs. Lesley and Al were great hosts . I enjoyed talking with rhem. Would not hestitate to stay there again.
