Jazz Quarters: Jazz Duet Suites - 3 Blocks from Bourbon Street

The Jazz Quarters is a beautiful boutique hotel across from the new Louis Armstrong park and only 3 blocks from Bourbon Street. The Jazz Duet is 2 adjacent suites which we have combined to make a wonderful cottage for a group. It includes the Shorty suite, the and the Mayfield suite. These suites combined will accommodate up to 10 people.

All of our cottage suites are named for musicians made famous in New Orleans. The Shorty cottage suite contains 2 Queen beds and a commercial sofa sleeper and a beautiful bathroom with a garden tub/shower. The Mayfield cottage suite is a beautiful Queen suite with a bedroom and a commercial sofa sleeper and a bathroom with a stand-up shower. All of the suite are furnished with local artwork, and luxury linens. Each cottage suite has a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee maker.

Jazz Quarters Bachelorette
Our stay was fantastic!! The rooms were clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed. I was a little worried about our party being split up into two rooms, but it worked out well. We loved the courtyard area and made use of the hot tub everyday. We loved the cats that visited and how easy it was to get in and out. We did get a lot of warnings about the neighborhood but we were so close to bourbon street and that was very convenient, plus we were so close to transit stops. The hosts were super helpful and amazing to work with!

Great for a small bachelorette party!
The jazz duet suites were the perfect size for our group of 5. The grounds of the property were very nice with lots of seating and the hot tub! The rooms were very clean and it was only about a 10-15 minute walk from anywhere we wanted to go in the French quarter.

We had so much fun in New Orleans, and we couldn’t have done it without the help of this property. It’s right by the French Quarters and downtown NO, so it’s great to get around. Then we were provided with a nice, cool, and clean home base when we were back. We couldn’t have asked for a better time!

Perfect girls' getaway in New Orleans!
Traveled with a group of five women for the weekend. This was the perfect place to stay for easy access to the French Quarter! We were able to walk most places and the few restaurants that were further out were a quick Uber ride. The courtyard is lovely and we were able to enjoy the hot tub one night. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of sleeping spaces for everyone in our group. Bathrooms are roomy and clean. This is the perfect place for a friends' trip or family reunion. We hope to be back soon!

Great place!
We came down for a bachelor party and stayed for 3 days. Overall we felt safe and enjoyed the place! Not too bad of a walk to Bourbon Street and the other tourist areas in the French Quarter. The gated parking was nice. Trent was great throughout the entire process and we appreciated the hospitality. Great place to stay!!!

Several of my family members traveled from STL to NOLA for the Krewe of Boo parade and we had a wonderful time! The little Jazz compound gave us a safe haven to be able to relax and make new friends with the others staying there! Def recommend and will stay again when returning to NOLA

Once inside the gate it is super nice. The Park across the street attracts a sketchy crowd, but in a group we never felt threatened. Easy walk to Bourbon St. Great communication the entire time! Thank you.

This place was perfect for us! Plenty of room and the air conditioning works so well. It’s far enough away from Bourbon Street that you can get plenty of rest but close enough that it’s walkable or a quick Uber ride. Would stay again when visiting NOLA.

We had such a wonderful time in New Orleans. Many of the girls who came had never been to the city. The house was perfect for our group. Lovely home, very clean, and the host was excellent. Perfect Location
We had a wonderful experience staying here. It was ideal to have a place we could back to while we experiencing the city for the first time. The rooms were cozy with great AC during the hot hours, and the jacuzzi was perfect to relax in at the end of a long day. 5/5 stars hands down!
