Great Location to Tulane University
The property was available early, stocked with snacks, and bottled water. Clean and very comfortable. Wonderful place to stay close to Tulane University and great restaurants! Really enjoyed our stay!

The house was a nice house. Property manager knew that it will be 5 people, but it was only 4 We was only left with two face towels, six hand towels, and four big towels, one half roll of tissue and a carpet in the living room that smells like puppy piss and popcorn also if you want to watch TV, bring your own TV And Wi-Fi because you will not watch TV at that house. She also texted in the middle of the night asking us were we smoking in the house and we were not. She charged me an extra $50 because she said towels were threw up on and she couldn’t get the stain (we didn’t drink ) never again

Cool place for quick getaway
The place was around the back of the building which raised concerns of safety initially however it turned out ok. There are no doors for privacy. A centered space was made to be a room and the room in the back has a curtain for a door. You can hear the neighbors as if they are in the same place as you. At one point I thought someone was in the room because the walls were so thin lol. The bathroom tub drain needs some work & the sofa bed was broken however we made it work. Overall the host was kind & the self check in was a benefit.

Great NOLA Experience
Clean, affordable and comfortable for our family to stay near the Uptown campuses. We enjoyed our visit, and Jamie is super attentive and welcoming! Would love to stay again!

Awesome Host
Our host was amazing! The apartment is like a 4 plex and the one we stayed in is in the back and you have to walk down a narrow sidewalk to get to the door. The place was cute. The sofa bed in the living room was broken so my friend ended up getting a motel. Also, the back bedroom is connected to the neighbors bathroom and we could hear everything. Sounded like they were right in the room with us. Overall I still had the best time and our host was super awesome! I would stay again!

Great place and host
The house was great and very cozy. It had everything we needed for our short weekend trip to NOLA. Check in was a breeze and Jamie even let us check in earlier. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Great place very friendly and very comfortable, only down side was the bathroom was cold but the property owner left a small heater in there which made it more than comfortable thank you Jamie. :)

Book it!
Jamie was an excellent host! Her home is in a convenient location and not too far from many touristy areas. Check-in and check-out was simple. She has a binder with many restaurant recommendations and things to do. We had enough space in the home for four adults and a child. She even left some games and snacks for our four-year-old. We would book this place again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a less crowded area to stay at. Thanks, Jamie!
