I love the breakfast. The room is huge, almost looks like new. The bed was super comfy. The A/C on point. The shampoo, body lotion, very good quality. The Hotel is near the French Quarter walkable and everything within 1km (less than 1 mile).

I was very please with the service and the cleanliness of the property. It was very close to everything. I am a cancer patient just had a treatment so I get very tired easily. All elevators were out . I had to walk down 8 flights of stair and up 8 I was so tired I couldn’t have fun like I wanted . They finally had one working but took 35 minutes for it.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very helpful. One elevator was not working so staff members were escorting people to use the staff elevator so they didn’t have to wait as long. Room was very clean. Breakfast was very good for a continental breakfast. The only issue we had was It was difficult to find a place to park to check in and then having to carry luggage to the garage after checkout.
