Perfect location!
Cozy little place to rest in walking distance of everything! We averaged 17,000 steps and loved being in the Marigny. Dee is the sweetest and if we get to come back to NOLA, we’ll happily stay with her again!!

Wonderful time!
We had such a great time and the owner greeted us personally. Our cosy room was within walking distance of everything and the neighborhood has a cafe next door and great eats nearby. Highly recommend!

NOLA’s best kept secret!
Ms Dee is a phenomenal host. She’s thought of everything! The room was comfortable and so charming. It’s an easy walk to all the excitement in the French Quarter, along the River front, or the laid back Frenchman Street. We will be planning a return trip, if only just to catch up with Ms Dee!!

we were here on our honeymoon. it was perfect. The little place was out of the french quarter in a quiet space. It is very cute and just enough for us. Dee was great and relaxed. Helped with great advice and anything we needed. She let us leave our bags in room as we had a late flight. NOLA was much fun for us.

Fabulous host/location
Stayed here in Marigny for first w/e of Jazz Fest. Location was fabulous. Short easy walk to French Quarter and just a couple blocks from Frenchmen Street. Place was clean and felt very safe. Our host, Dee, could not have been more accomodating. Met us on arrival and explained everything. Helped with suggestions for dining and even arranged our return cab trip to airport. Lovely host!!

Historic small studio in excellent location. Close to Frenchman St and the quarter. Dee excellent host very responsive. Nice coffee shop close. Many wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Historic charm, not a chain hotel room.

This is a gem! The hostess is absolutely the best and the property was ideal for a week with my daughter for her 21st! It’s a perfect location close to Frenchmen but quite enough we could sleep. There’s a coffee shop next door and you can easily get around some lovely parts of the city! We will be back here, this is my go to!

Cozy hideaway in the Marigny
Dee is a wonderful and welcoming host. Her space is clean and comfortable. If you're looking for a place that's close to the quarter, yet far enough away to feel like you're living with the locals, then this is the spot for you. There are a couple of coffee shops on the streets for a nice latte while you're planning your day. Walking distance to restaurants and food shopping if you need to. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Birthday Trip
My boyfriend and I had a great time celebrating our birthdays in New Orleans. Deanna was a fabulous host - greating us with a bottle of champagne and lots of great tips the moment we arrived. Her home is walking distance to both Frenchman and Bourbon streets and a stop along the "Hop on Hop Off" bus tour is 2 blocks away. We even got to see a second line celebration in the neighborhood! What a great trip!

Just What I Was Looking For
Ms. Dee is the perfect hostess and her home is the perfect location for what I desired. Someplace small in the Marigny, preferably with an on-site owner, in a location that I felt safe, as a woman travelling alone. The proximity to both Royal and Dauphine streets made it a straight shot to the French Quarter without dealing with Bourbon street congestion. (Get the blue bike app and rent one when you can for even cooler, easier sightseeing.) I flew in but parking would have been possible on the street if I needed to. Nice neighbors, secure door lock on private entrance, an owner who thinks of all the little things that one might need in their room. Very satisfied with the quality of my stay.

Perfect spot and perfect host for a couples getaway weekend!
My girlfriend and I stayed for a weekend trip and had an incredible experience, Dee is a saint! We arrived at 1 am after a flight delay, but Dee still greeted us with a bottle of champagne, stories about the city, and recommendations of what to do during our stay. The room itself is attached to the rest of the house, but it is completely isolated and has its own front door entrance so we had complete and total privacy when we wanted it. The location is perfect, the neighborhood is cute and quaint, but it is close enough to stumble back from Frenchman or Bourbon streets at any hour. If you are looking for a cozy place to serve as a home base while you explore the French quarter, this is it. We will definitely be staying with Dee again when we return!

10/10 - Perfect place for 1-2 people
My girlfriend and I absolutely loved our stay here during our 6 nights in New Orleans. The location is perfect. It's in a safe and quiet part of town, a very walkable distance from Frenchman Street (lots of bars and restaurants) and the French Quarter. There is a great coffee shop next door that we went to every morning, which was super convenient. Dee, our host, was lovely and incredibly accommodating. We stayed here for Jazz Fest and Dee let us borrow her folding chairs, umbrellas, and blankets (and even offered to wash our muddy shoes) when she realized we did not bring our own. She was very responsive and always a text/call away in case we needed anything. Southern hospitality at its finest! I highly recommend staying here for 1-2 people looking for a great location in New Orleans!

Dee was so kind and welcoming! The room was so cute and we felt very at home. We loved the New Orleans charm. The room had anything you might've needed or forgotten and that was very appreciated! It was so easy to walk to Frenchmen street and then down into the French Quarter, and some good restaurants / coffee options nearby. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks again Dee! Sweet spot of NoLA
Our stay was great from the start. Meet Dee and she was the sweetest host. Our room was perfect had everything we needed. Even raincoat and umbrellas. Stores and fabulous restaurants and coffee shops so close. This was easily my favorite stay in NOLA.
