It was a very cute place - nicely furnished and tastefully decorated. Had everything we needed. Owner was very attentive and friendly. Really enjoyed the location and reserved parking.

Fun Weekend
Location excellent and the gated parking so awesome. Neighboring bars bit noisy all night long, but it was expected based on the location. Will definitely stay again!

Great location, could easily walk everywhere. Liked the security of the coded gates. We didn't have a car but for those who do, the dedicated parking is a nice addition. Would stay again!

Safe and comfy!
We had the perfect stay here while exploring New Orleans. Comfy, clean, safe and great gated parking - ideal for us on our road trip. Also if you're traveling with a pup - Coliseum Square Park is just a few blocks away. Lots of restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. Great stay!

Comfortable and spacious apartment, decent kitchen for quick meals. A bath and a half is convenient and the outdoor spaces are okay for just enjoying some weather. Would stay here again.

Great spot!
Rental was very clean and in a fantastic location! Just steps to shops, bars, and restaurants. Even the couch bed was super comfy to sleep on. Felt very safe and we loved that there was parking in a gated lot. The check-out process was the easiest I have ever experienced in a vacation rental...which was very much appreciated when we had to leave at 7 am to catch our flights home. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The property is perfectly located, with a full kitchen and private patio. We had a great stay, and only had a few negatives: the patio furniture was torn up and there were only two chairs from out front. I wish they had seating for 4-6 people on the patio. There is one main bedroom with a wall divider, which is great for family or friends who don’t mind hearing each other snore. Let me tell you it is perfectly located, and you definitely won’t be disappointed if you book it!

My son, dog, and I stayed here for a week while we explored New Orleans and enjoyed the holidays. The house was perfect for hanging out, and in a great location that is walkable to many shops, restaurants, and the streetcars. It was a great stay! The property manager was very responsive and timely with directions about how to enter the property. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is great. Your right in the Garden District and not to far from Bourbon street. Plenty of room. The beds were absolutely comfortable. The locked parking was nice and made us feel secure. When the time comes for another trip, this is definitely our place to stay.

Family vacation
Lovely apartment in the Lower Garden District with easy access to city buses, streetcar, and Hop On Hop Off Bus. Nice neighborhood. Great restaurants and shopping in the area. The gated parking is definitely a plus. Host was great and quickly responded to any messages we sent. This was my second time staying here, and I will gladly stay here again if I am able to return.
