Your suite is deep cleaned for your stay and keyless entry allows for flexible & contact-free self check-ins.

Relax with a spacious living room, full-size kitchen, comfortable Queen bed, work desk, and full bath with soft white towels.

Free 300 mbps high-speed WiFi and smart television with YouTube TV subscription.

Your family-friendly suite includes 4 camping chairs to take with you to events/festivals

LIMITED PARKING: Limited parking may be available upon request. Please inquire when booking if you would like to reserve our one-car driveway.

The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig, blender, toaster oven, microwave, full-size fridge, pots & pans, cooking utensils, and more.

For our active guests; you will find a yoga mat, yoga blocks and a basketball within your suite. The outdoor court is just down the street. Pure Barre is just a block away.

This suite does not include a washer/dryer, but we have an excellent laundromat right across the street.

Upon check-out, allow us to take care of everything for you. We will handle the dishes, trash, linens etc. Our only request is that enjoy your final morning with us.

Shaya: James Beard Award Winning Restaurant. Modern Israeli cuisine. This is our favorite restaurant! We love the Lamb Kofte, Fried Chicken Hummus and Fresh Pita Bread.

Perfect long weekend getaway!
Great unit in a great location. Host was fantastic, quick and easy communication, accommodating. Bed was comfy. Sofa was comfy. Nice small kitchen with a full fridge. Nice rainfall showerhead in the bathroom. Would definitely stay here again!

Hands down best stay in NOLA
Hands down one of the best places we’ve stayed in New Orleans! We usually stay downtown, but we really loved this area. Tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Brandi was so nice and accommodating. The house was super clean and had extra amenities like umbrellas, pastries and even fresh flowers! The bed was very comfortable, too. Will definitely be back next time we’re in town!

Amazing Magazine Street stay

Great Spot in the Big Easy
This was the perfect spot for getaway in the Big Easy. The property was well located, with shops and restaurants nearby. The space was clean and nicely appointed. The host was excellent to work with and easy to communicate with, and I will definitely be back next time I visit NOLA.

Nice time in the Big Easy
Not our first time in New Orleans, but our first to stay in this part of the city. Loved the location and the easy access to restaurants, shopping, and just about anywhere you'd want to go in the area. You can walk up several blocks to catch the St Charles streetcars if you wish to take that in/out of the French Quarter or into the Garden District/Audubon Park. The hosts were very easy to work with and Brandi checked in with us during our stay to make sure all was going well. The place was clean, well appointed, with lots of natural light. We had access to the driveway, which was convenient. We did not use the coffee maker, as the French cafe next door was too yummy to pass up each morning. We would stay here again, if back in the Big Easy.

My favorite stay!
Was in NO for a conference and I LOVED my stay. Brandi was so helpful, even looked up my walk to the conference to let me know how it would be. Love the neighborhood. Brandi was super easy to communicate and left some of the most amazing treats I have ever had from the bakery next door. Hope to go back so I can stay again!

Anniversary getaway
The place was absolutely perfect. The host where some of the mist accommodating host, my wife and i have ever had using vrbo. They knew it was our anniversary and even had champagne and pastries waiting for us. We absolutely loved the place and the host were both a delight. We will definitely stay there again. Also the location is perfect if you want to be in the city but away from all the craziness. Loved it.

My wife and I came down to New Orleans for my birthday trip-Brandi and Steve were probably the most hospitable hosts I’ve had using VRBO-kind, thoughtful, super easy to communicate with, the home was absolutely perfect and in the most ideal location with private parking-I could not have asked for more and will definitely return.

Best place for family gatherings!
Our family really enjoyed The Brandy House! We rented all three suites so we could all be together. The location is perfect. We had delicious breakfast at the bakery two doors down each morning and walked to five star restaurants every evening. The grocery store was also just a few blocks away. Everything was spotless and Brandi and Steve were very responsive hosts. Would recommend 10/10. We will be back!

A Little Gem in Uptown
This little gem was perfect for my weeklong stay in New Orleans. Not only was it convenient to the art workshop I was attending, but it was a darling space, recently updated and sparkling clean. It was also very quiet! Brandi and Steve were wonderful, accommodating hosts. They greeted me with two huge croissants from Le Boulangerie next door. This restaurant is a must for coffee, breakfast or lunch. The cottage was well appointed with household supplies, while fresh towels and coffee pods were just a text away! I will definitely book the Brandi Cottage for my next art workshop!

Amazing
Brandi was the best host for the most amazing getaway spot! It was everything we wished for and more! We enjoyed ourselves and it offered our little piece of peace that we were hoping for! Brandi suggested some equally cool places for us to enjoy music and dine and her suggestions were great! We’re looking forward to staying there again! One of the best
We enjoyed staying in Brandi and Steve’s pelican suite. It looks exactly like the pictures online. The apartment is squeaky clean and the response from our host was immediate. We will definitely book again. We highly recommend.

We had a great weekend stay at this charming location. Can’t beat the location with a bonus being so close to a bakery. Landlord with good with quick communication and even let us check in early with an early morning flight. I highly recommend!!

Loved loved loved everything about our stay in the Pelican Suite!! The space was so wonderfully decorated, was super clean and oh so comfortable. The location was perfect! Super cute place and lots nearby to checkout , really enjoyed the bakery two doors down and the artwork throughout. Had a great nights sleep in the comfy bed. Quick walk or ride to st Charles streetcar . Brandi greeted us upon arrival and let us know if there was everything we needed to let her know. Would love to return one day!

Simply put, a perfect choice for NOLA
I'm a former New Orleans resident and these days a frequent visitor using both hotels and short term rentals. Brandi & Steve's Pelican Suite on Magazine Street is the best choice overall I've encountered for a couple for a short or extended stay (we stayed two weeks). The property is beautifully maintained, decorated and equipped, exactly as the photos depict. It's bright, very clean, secure and reasonably quiet, except for minor street noise. The location is outstanding -- close to great restaurants, iconic neighborhood bars, boutique shopping, fantastic supermarket, and a manageable walk to Audubon Park or St. Charles streetcar. We had our car, but left it parked most days in the off-street space Brandi generously let us use. Brandi & Steve could not have been more friendly, hospitable and helpful. We got caught in a rainstorm while out walking one day and Brandi offered to come pick us up. Remarkably above and beyond from a host -- though it's worth noting the hosts are not at all intrusive and will leave you alone or engage as requested. We can't imagine anything that would have made our stay better.

NOLA unit on Magazine
I stayed here alone and it was perfect for one person. The communication from the hosts was timely, helpful, and and friendly. A great location and I felt safe there by myself. I was able to reserve a free parking spot for myself in the driveway which was very nice as parking can be an issue. I would stay there again. Things to know if you stay there: 1. Steep steps to get to the property. 2. No curtains anywhere except in the bedroom. I felt a bit exposed a night. 3. I needed more wash cloths and I did not realize that was an option until my host offered it near the end of my stay. As I have already stated, I would stay there again.
