Great stay EXCEPTION is a very large family obviously were booked on same floor and they were disrespectful and loud throughout the night into morning loud and didn't understand quiet hours and in the way at breakfast. Otherwise I would consider staying again.

This is a great hotel! The rooms are a good size, renovated commercial building of years gone by to a very good standard. Bathroom and layout fantastic, bed great etc. Location is easy walking to Bourbon st with shops and restaurants close by. The old downside is there is no parking onsite, but we paid for an open car park about one block away with no security issues. Would stay again

We could not make it to New Orleans. When i called the management at this hotel and explained what happend and we would need to cancel our stay, the lady was so very sympathetic and cancelled our reservation for us. The best in management I have heard or seen in a very long time, and I travel many times a year. The world needs more people like you.
