Take a beautiful walk underneath 100 year old oak trees to local coffee shops along Esplanade Avenue or hop in a short car ride to the excitement of the French Quarter and Downtown to make this a perfect base for your trip. One bedroom with king bed, an open living area, and a furnished patio provide all the space for you to and relax!

You will have everything you need in this thoughtfully decorated space. Kitchen has all appliances and cooking requirements - dine inside or out! Washer and dryer in unit. Relax on the outdoor deck/patio!

Neighboring tenants in the main house. Backyard is shared among tenants but patio furniture pictured in the listing are reserved for your use!

This neighborhood is very walkable. Bike riding is also a great way to get around the city. Uber and Lyft readily available - 10 minutes from the French Quarter!

Owner forgot to send me check-in/access procedure prior to my arrival. Help desk was able to get me in though. Good walking distance location for Jazz Fest. Neighborhood doesn't have much to offer restaurant wise. All-in-all meet my needs.

Tres bon!
Clean and quaint bungalow in a very quiet and comfortable neighborhood! Loved the books and art on the property that made us immediately feel at home. Proximity to the bus stop made traveling back and forth from the French Quarter a breeze. This property was as important to our stay as the food and the music! Me and the wife are considering returning to New Orleans and would certainly book this property again!

Great place!
Nice quiet neighborhood! The room rental was as described! The property manager was excellent! The only recommendation I would have is the mattress on the bed could be a little better. Overall this is a nice place to stay at a very reasonable price! Look forward to staying again on our next visit! Thank you!
