Great location!
Great location and walking distance to many of our destinations! However, the Quarter does have rats and we managed to meet one! The place is older, but it served it's purpose!

A nice stay in the French quarter
It was a nice little place, right by bourbon. The appliances in the kitchen did not work & the place was pretty noisy, but otherwise it was a great stay! Cute little place and very convenient location

Excellent comfortable property close to Bourbon St. Within walking distance to everything in the French Quarter. Very responsive owner with any questions. Would definately stay here again next time. Can be a little loud if you are a light sleeper.

Perfect Spot for 2 adult couples
This was the perfect spot for 2 adult couples! My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights with another couple. The location was perfect with a coffee shop around the corner. Very walkable to EVERYTHING but a little off the beaten path so the noise wasn’t crazy. The condo itself is on the second floor.

We all loved this apartment. It was quite unique and the location was great. We would definitely recommend staying there. It was a bit noisy on the Saturday night, so ear plugs would be useful, but that would not stop me staying there again.

Spacious and close to everything to see and do!
Lloyd made check in a breeze and was very communicative when we asked about an early check in as well as the check in process. The property was clean and the beds are comfortable. It was a little noisy inside at times while trying to sleep but I feel thats to be expected when you’re 2 blocks from Bourbon Street. Overall everything was great. Would stay here again without hesitation!

Very close to canal st, the French quarter, fun locations and bars. Clean, cozy apartment with access to pool and courtyard. Bring earplugs as the 24 hour bar next for can get a little rowdy early mornings

Excellent Location
The apartment is really cozy and has a lot of charm. The beds were not the most comfortable but still adequate and I wish I would have gotten the check information a bit further in advance, otherwise was nice. The location is the big sell here that makes this place an awesome stay. It's an easy walk to a lot of nearby bars and not far from bourbon but also a good distance enough where you can get some decent sleep during busy weekends. Great place to stay for Southern Decadence.

An affordable rental in the French Quarter within easy walking distance of Bourbon Street
Everything was fine however being so close to Bourbon street and the close proximity of the unit to the street, you could hear loud and rowdy people at all hours of the night. The amenities within the unit were also very Spartan.

Great location and accommodations.
This apartment is three short blocks off of Bourbon Street and is an easy walk to either there or to explore the French Quarter. A few blocks another way and you are on Canal Street and the CBD. Communications with the owner were smooth and flawless. As in previous posts, there is some street noise as the local bars close down around 2 AM. Think that in the months requiring air conditioning, the mechanical noise will drown out the people noise. Very clean, well stocked for two couples and again….centrally located but off the well beaten path.

Needs a few essentials
Place nice enough but missing some simple, easily fixable things like bathmat, hooks for towels and clothes in bathroom, inadequate number of bowls and spoons, reading lamps. Also, bed was too short for my tall friend.

Great space and host… and perfect location
A friend and I went to New Orleans for a conference but rather than wanting to stay at a boring standard hotel were hoping to stay in the French quarter, close to the fun but also a few streets away from bourbon street and the louder noise and crowds. This place was PERFECT!! A few minutes walk to everything!!! And quiet enough. Gorgeous renovated 2 bedroom place, nice living room, good WiFi, great security system/ gate, air conditioning and nice little kitchen, etc. Additionally, Lloyd was fabulous and responded super quickly to a question a few days before and one or two while we are there. I’d definitely recommend and would be happy to go back, and hope to!!

Good spot for a French Quarter stay!
Place was a great location for staying in the French Quarter! Close to everything, which was super convenient - we were able to walk everywhere. Damn was it loud though, some of the past reviews weren't kidding! We just considered it part of the authentic French Quarter experience. Host was super responsive and answered all our questions quickly, which is always much appreciated. Our only complaint was that the place is clean, yes, but there was a lot of dust on the vents and blinds. This only bothered one person in our party, who happens to be really sensitive to dust allergies. Overall, we felt like we got great value, were close to everything, and had a great trip! Would recommend!

Cute Apartment with lots of character - Great Location
I definitely recommend this apartment for adults and families with older teen children. The apartment had a lot of character and was VERY convenient to Bourbon St and Canal St. It was very clean when we arrived. The owner was very responsive. Families with smaller children might not be happy here for a couple of reasons: - it has huge original windows in the bedrooms at the front of the apartment and you can here people coming home form Bourbon St late at night - I think this was from a renter and wouldn't happen all of the time, but the downstairs neighbor smoked pot every day and it came up very strongly through the old floor - The one bathroom was on the small side for 4 people

It's the French Quarter!
The shabby chic decor was warm, clean and comfortable, and the aged elegance of the home is that which only French Quarter homes uniquely provide. Just a few blocks from Bourbon street, this is a perfect location, but at the same time a negative, in that the noise of the city is intense throughout all hours of the day, from revelers to street sweepers and trash trucks, all makes sleeping here challenging. There was a rodent encounter of which the host moved us into a different unit rather quickly, of which we sincerely appreciated. All in all, a nice place to immerse in the French Quarter culture.

Shady business
Beware of this property manager and any listings; he placed me at a listing that's not the same address as my booked listing. When I asked him about it, he skirted the question. There were multiple issues with the property we did stay at (all with photo proof): Insecure entry (outdoor building door had metal pried back where you could reach inside to turn deadbolt; personal unit door had degraded wood, so the only thing holding the deadbolt was literally the strike plate itself). Toilet leaking all over bathroom floor. Only entry to back bedroom was via middle bedroom, which made for an awkward stay with friends. Back bedroom also was more sunroom like (and with a missing curtain), so challenging to sleep since so unbelievably bright. Very, very loud outdoor noise all hours of the night (trash & street cleaning trucks, 24hr bar nearby, lots of drunken yelling people, etc.). And many items were just plain worn out, old, not welcoming to guests (single-ply toilet paper, coffee pot and filters but only instant coffee, a bath towel so worn it had a hole in it, degrading cabinet fixture, change filter light flashing on the fridge, etc.). Do not stay with this property manager.
