Stayed here to attend a conference at the Convention Center. Easy walk, never felt unsafe in or around the building. Residents of the building are very nice.

The loft apartment was super nice and equipped with everything I needed for an enjoyable stay. However, there were people loitering and smoking outside the building at all hours of the night. Nothing bad happened, but I would have felt better if there had been a doorman.

Fantastic Ghost Hotel
First time staying at a hotel without a reception desk. Check-in was smooth. Just door codes, no keys to lose. Found on-street parking. Plenty of things to do within walking distance. The suite was basically a one-bedroom apartment, very spacious. Even came with a washer and dryer for laundry. Full kitchen was nice, though, not a fan of the "coffee maker". There is a kettle, I'd recommend bringing instant coffee. This would be a great place to stay for extended periods.

I used this apartment to attend a conference at the convention center. t was only 600m from the convention center, CVS was nearby, the price was reasonable, and there were no particular points of dissatisfaction.

The loft itself was great. Easy to book and access the room, walking distance to the convention center. Minimalistic with the accessories, 2 big clean bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 stories, a lovely kitchen and sitting area. Very large and spacious. Great for a few people that want to room together. The space is a bit of a diamond in the rough however. The neighborhood is ok, once you access the first locked door it's a longer walk to the correct elevator. I had someone in the building ask to use my phone which I declined. The entire building has very strong "herbal" smells, which I didn't really notice in the room. Would be great for 2 or more people staying together, walking around together in the area. Not recommended for a solo stay.

Apartment was nice. Furniture was great. Bed was comfortable. Had everything we needed for our stay. Biggest issue is the area it’s in and the COMPLETE lack of parking. We left with a stack of parking tickets ($40 each). So go ahead and figure that into your budget with this rental.

Perfect New Orleans Vibe!
My family and I had a fantastic trip! The apartment had the perfect New Orleans vibe. From the decor to the record player, it was perfect! It was a spacious apartment with essentials provided - soap, laundry detergent, bath products, towels, kitchen needs, etc. The area was safe and easily accessible. Note that there is no parking. You can pay to park in the WWII Museum garage. It has 24/7 access. Overall, I highly recommend booking this apartment.

O apartamento é bem localizado, moderno e parece ter sido recentemente renovado, mas tivemos uma experiência muito desagradável. Durante 3 dos 4 dias de estadia, encontramos um rato na cozinha pela manhã. Isso comprometeu totalmente nossa confiança na higiene do local, especialmente considerando o alto valor da diária. Apesar do check-in, check-out e banheiro estarem em ordem, a presença do rato nos deixou inseguros e preocupados com possíveis doenças. Não recomendo até que medidas de controle de pragas sejam tomadas.
