A print signed by renowned Louisiana artist George Rodrigue hangs in the dining room.
We offer a full kitchen where you can enjoy a cup of rich New Orleans coffee in the warmth of the morning sunshine. It is stocked with basic cookware, plates, silverware, cooking utensils, cups, bowls, a toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker. Coffee, tea, creamer, and sweeteners are provided.

Best Holiday Rental
This is a wonderful historic property with great details in a great location. I have never stayed at a holiday rental that was as well-equipped as this one. The kitchen had everything you needed, there was a full linen closet, the bathroom came stocked with all sorts of items that you might have forgotten for your trip. Robert is on-site, friendly, and hospitable. We had a great time.

Picturesque In New Orleans
Beautiful historic home!!! Lovely surroundings make this home even more beautiful. The owners were super nice when we met them. They had everything you could need during your stay right down to bandaids. The towels were fluffy and oversized, which we LOVED. Easy walk to the St. Charles streetcar that can take you anywhere in the city. Also the RTA bus stop right across the street. Restaurants and a coffee shop close by. If you want a comfy/homely feeling stay in New Orleans this is the place!!

Amazing propert in a fabulous location!
My son and I met in New Orleans for a long weekend. The property is just wonderful. All of the finishes and furnishings are beautiful and of excellent quality. The proprietors thought of everything to make their home welcoming, comfortable, and luxurious. The location is just fantastic - near cafes, restaurants, shops and the WWII Museum. Outstanding!

Business and Pleasure
I was in New Orleans for a yearly convention that's hosted in different cities by the Prince Hall Shriners. The location of the property was idea for what I needed. Only minutes from the Convention Center, Canal and Bourbon Street but at the same time very quiet. I loved this property, I was floored by the nice hardwood flooring and fireplaces. It brought back memories of being with my great grandmother in south Georgia. Parking was an issue but not an issue if you know what I mean. There is paid parking about 50 yards from the property with a lot of space, I'd never hold that against the property though. The owners greeted me and were spot on to help if needed. I'd definitely get this property again if I'm in the area for any event. Also the property is literally minutes from the interstate.

Lower Garden beauty!
My wife and I had a wonderful trip to NOLA, and loved getting to know the Lower Garden District better. The house is beautiful, quiet and has everything you need with a perfect location. Walk down Magazine and you have some shopping, St Vincent Hotel (that has San Lorenzo restaurant!) and Surreys for the best breakfast/lunch. WWII museum is a short walk away, as is St Charles St where you can pick up the streetcar to the French Quarter. Also, the bus picks up right across the street from the house. Get your self a RTA Jazzy Pass and you can ride all day for one flat fee. Rideshares are also plentiful. We can’t wait to come back!

Mom and 3 teen boys--would stay here again!
When we arrived at this beautiful property I quickly decided I'd be okay to never leave. The architecture of this 1870's historical home was just stunning, and the decor was minimalistic and inviting. The house invites you in with a cozy, plant-laden porch where I enjoyed sipping coffee and watching the people pass by. You step into a living room with a couch and chair and a large TV with images so crisp you feel like the people are in the room. Next is a dining area where we had our meals and I worked from. The kitchen is the next room and was well stocked with cookware and spices, a dishwasher, toaster and single-cup coffee maker. I cooked dinner several times on the gas stove/oven and there were plenty of dishes/silverware for the four of us. The next room is a bedroom, followed by a hallway with a bathroom and shower fully stocked with shampoo, body wash, towels, wash rags, blow dryer, etc. The bathroom hallway connects the two bedrooms both with comfortable queen-sized beds, dressers, plenty of extra bedding/pillows/towels, as well as a laundry room. I was there with my son and two of his friends as his graduation gift. The three teenage boys played video games in the front room well into the night and I was undisturbed with any of their music, laughter, etc. I couldn't even hear it! The owner provides natural products for cleaning/bathing. Great location near lots of restaurants and short drive from most attractions. We felt safe & welcomed. Would stay again!
