This place is ok. If you’re trying to be walking distance from bourbon and all the restaurants this is a great place. The hotel rooms were a bit dirty. I wouldn’t stay here again

Our only issues during our stay were the fridge in our room didn't work and the ice was on a different floor than where we were. Everything else was great. It was central to our concert spot and where we ate. Staff was super nice. We walked everywhere we went and had our car parked by valet until we left.

The staff were very friendly and helpful when we checked in. The room was clean and spacious. I thought it was unique that that floor was not carpeted but polished stone that kept cool. The layout of the rooms with the sliding doors and modern furniture looked nice! Was perfect for staying a night for a concert!

When we first got to the hotel we were on floor 3 and music was playing so loud the whole night we had to get moved to the 9th floor. The guy at the desk was very nice about it and explained that they play music on the 4th and 15th floor 24/7 but you can hear it from the 3rd floor. After we got moved to the 9th floor we couldn’t hear anything. The water pressure in the shower king of sucked and Never got hot. Overall the hotel wasn’t bad. It was clean and very close to Bourbon Street.

The property itself was very clean and nice but there were a couple of things that could be/should be improved: Our tv in our room was not working properly and they only the one tech person trying to fix things like that on the property and he couldnt fix the issue. The food at the restaurants werent great at all. They offered tastings and when I asked the front desk regarding the tastings they didnt even know nor had the information about them which was odd. Also the rooms has the ice buckets and the mini coffee makers with no cups to drink water nor coffee which didnt make sense.

We enjoyed our stay at the Canopy Hilton! All of the staff were super friendly and the hotel is nice and clean. Our room was immaculate and the bed was so comfortable! It is conveniently located in a safe area near plenty of restaurants and attractions. We were able to walk everywhere including to the French Quarter, Jackson Square Park, and Lafayette Square Park. It was nice to have lodging away from the noise of Bourbon Street, but still be within walking distance to all of the action! We would definitely stay at this location again!
