We had a great time in New Orleans! The linens were soft & cozy, the beds were comfortable, bedroom size was great. The kitchen was smaller than expected but was fine for what we used it for. The property itself was nice, clean, & inviting. There were some things that were highly disappointing. The outside space was great to hang out as long as it was not raining. Unfortunately there is not a covered area to hang out outside in the rain. Also in this unit we found that the dishwasher was not in working order only after arriving. I am not sure why the appliances are not checked before/after each guest arrives/departs to ensure they are functioning before the arrival of the next guests. So we had to take time out of our day to do the dishes while on vacation. The hot tub was not ready for use -- had to ask that it be turned on and then it was not in working order either. The listing also shows a gym available however upon arrival we were not shown the gym, it was not even mentioned as an option to use.
I booked this property specifically for the location -- walking distance to the French Quarter, and the pool/hot tub -- which was not ready for use at anytime. Overall the experience was ok but not sure I would book with them again.
