UNIQUELY decorated 2 story townhouse with has 3 beds/2 baths, beautiful 80 year old heart of pine hardwood floors and 12' ceilings. Only 4 Blocks to the Canal Streetcar and minutes to the French Quarter in all Nola has to offer. Spacious open floor plan you will absolutely love this home.. There is a playground and basketball court across the street. The home is decorated with New Orleans Mardi Gras flare. There are tons of restaurants and clubs with live music within walking distance. The home is well situated in the heart of NOLA's best attractions, Walkable to many great restaurants, bar & grill & much more. Hop on the trolley line 4 blocks away and go almost anywhere in the city for 24/ 7, Jazz Fest, Frenchmen St, French Quarter, Bourbon street, City Park, Superdome and port of New Orleans (just to name A few), is within two miles or less from the house. While anchored in a historic creole neighborhood relax on one of our
covered porches to enjoy authentic southern atmosphere. There is a barbecue grill, fenced yard for the kids and pets. The property has free street parking for 2 vehicles.

I was impressed at how clean it smelled! Everything was tidy and simple. Beds were comfy and bedding was soft. Overall I’m extremely happy with our stay! No complaints here except for parking but we managed.

Mechelle and Chris were incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We had a lovely stay at this charming home, able to accommodate all 7 of us easily. When we realized we were struggling with a later checkout, they were even kind enough to accommodate us keeping our bags there on short notice. Great location in Mid city too with easy access to streetcar - short ride to city park, french quarter, and close by to many local bars/restaurants/stores!

Nice quiet neighborhood pretty good location and good transportation options if you don’t rent a car
Very festive and overall comfortable. Loved the front and back porches and the flowers make it feel like home. Within walking distance of Melba’s Restaurant which is great. Other options as well. 5 adults were visiting for Jazz Fest. 2024. The beds could have been more comfortable but they were ok for a short visit. A/C was nice an cool which we greatly appreciated. Overall we were happy.

Great Choice
It's a nice, well-decorated house. The mardi gras tree and the masks. There are plenty of beds throughout the house. We were able to comfortably sleep 5 people with no problems. Only one bedroom has a TV, it had a DVD player and I think there was a missing remote in that room. The two full bathrooms were very convenient and the property manager provided plenty of washcloths and towels. Parking could be a little limited. This side of the property does not have a driveway and there is a giant tree with leaves that hang way down. From the house, it was a short drive to most of the stuff we were looking to do, and a short ride to the trolly. It was also close to a park work a playground and a basketball court that was lit up at night. If you have younger kids, some of the masks might be scary at night. Also, some of the pictures on the wall may be a little provocative for kids. Also, if you're over 6 feet tall, watch your head when going up the steps.

Great neighborhood
We enjoyed our stay, the house was spacious and clean. The garden out back was very nice, especially in late afternoon. It was fun being near the park, our son joined in pickup basketball. We came across a great little Irish pub a few blocks away and it was evident that everyone lived in the neighborhood, all ages and walks of life enjoying the afternoon sun snd company.

The location of the house was perfect since we visited many Nola neighborhoods. It was clean & the decor was perfect. It was my 18 year old granddaughter's first trip to Nola and she loved everything about it. We had the opportunity to meet Mechelle and she was friendly with a great sense of humor. Great pick!
This property was so cute, fully stocked, perfect location to get downtown easily. Some sketchy places around but that’s to be expected in New Orleans. The beds were slightly uncomfortable, we are heavy people so this could just be my opinion. Housekeeping came by mid stay to check on us, make sure we still have paper products etc. that was awesome, never had that before. Probably one of my top stays. Highly recommend.

This property was AMAZING!!!!! The owner, Mechelle, was super nice and easy to talk to and communicate with. The house was spacious for 7 adults and and the beds were very comfy to sleep on. The house was also bright and airy and had very good, clean, energy. In addition, Mechelle had everything you might forget ready and available. NOLA New Years 2023
Townhome is close to the Canal St. Trolley. Walkable places to grab a drink & ok food. While the house is listed as a 3 bedroom, one of the "bedrooms" was what appeared to be a converted closet, which made the room situation awkward with our group. The people in the unit next to us were extremely loud, so we were able to hear all of their conversations & banging up and down the stairs.
