You'll be tucked away in a comfortable residential area, yet still be a 5 minute ride to the French Quarter, Marigny, and Bywater. The owners occupy the other side of this charming double and are available to help if any issues arise during your stay. Come enjoy New Orleans the way locals do in this lovely daffodil colored home!

You'll have everything you need to feel at home during your visit in New Orleans, from a full kitchen and laundry center, to a spacious and comfortable sectional in the living room along with a desk if you need to get any work done during your stay. Clean and comfortable. We were able to use public transport with a short walk to stop.Would be more suited to family rather than couples as you have to walk through 1 bedroom to get to bathroom. Could use a few extra kitchen items, salad bowl for preparing meals.

Grande maison près du French Quarter à NOLA
Excellent choix pour visiter la Nouvelle-Orléans. Grande maison peut accommoder 6 personnes à dormir. Air climatisé mural dans toutes les pièces, cuisine complète, grand frigo, laveuse/sécheuse. Code pour entrer dans la maison. Communication facile avec les proprios. Transport en commun facile avec l'application. Pas trop loin du trolley bus qui conduit au quartier français. L'arrêt est à une intersection où se trouvent une grande épicerie et une pharmacie. On peut garer la voiture dans la rue gratuitement et à proximité de l'arrêt du trolley bus. Nous recommandons cet hébergement.

Stayed there from Thurs to Saturday and my only complaint (which has ZERO to do with the the host) is the roads... lol... They are crap... but anywho the place was as described... One hiccup with the wifi... Texted the host and was fixed immediately... Would stay there again

Clean, quiet neighborhood
The house is extremely clean and perfect for my sister and I who were staying for a girls trip. We were able to both have our own space which was very important for both of us. The neighborhood surrounding was actually very quiet, which was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You will have to get Ubers to, and from most parts of the city, especially the French Quarter. The Uber rides were pretty cheap and short, however.

Had an absolute great 10 night stay
Our accommodations in this sweet shotgun house fit us perfectly. My husband and I are in our 60's and the location fit us perfectly, without the worry of a car. We were close to the number 8 bus that took us into the French Quarter. We bought jazz passes that enabled us to visit all over the city in buses and cable cars. Neighborhood was exciting and culturally diverse. The house was very clean and accommodating for our needs in food preparation, Comfortable bedding. We enjoyed our 10 day vacation immensely. Great stay at the daffodil teal house
We had a great time staying at the Daffodil Teal house this week. Within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants, bars, and other unique New Orleans spots. The additional amenities of washer and dryer and AC were definitely a plus. Friendly neighbors also added to the true New Orleans experience. Thanks y’all

A Gem of a Stay
First off, we loved the 100 year old shotgun style house. From the original wood floors to the stained glass window above the entry way, we were in love. While the neighborhood isn't somewhere we would feel comfortable walking around in after dark, during the day it was quiet and mostly peaceful. Mostly because a neighbor nearby had a yound puppy that barked frequently. We loved that we were a close walk to some nearby above-ground cemetaries, and we were a 10 minute lyft or uber ride into the heart of the French Quarter. The full size kitchen and washer and dryer were lifesavers. We loved that the host also provided us with a free bag of New Orleans whole bean coffee, along with a grinder and a french press (there was a drip coffee maker as well). The property was beautifully managed and very clean. The host was very kind and responded to our questions in a timely manner. There was every amenity that you could think of available. Come here for your next stay!

Cute house!
Very attractive house with a lot of charm and character. We especially appreciated the Brita filtered water pitcher in the fridge so we could get cold water to drink whenever we wanted to. Staying there made me feel like a part of the neighborhood and leaving really did feel like leaving home after only a week.
