Cosy bungalow on the edge of the New Forest and 5 minute drive to Sandy beach.

Rowan Cottage is on the edge of the New Forest and a ten minute drive from Barton on Sea beach. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located property.

All the basic essentials, like tea, coffee, toilet rolls etc are at the property and there is a bottle of fizz to welcome you.

Both bedrooms are well equipped with comfortable bedding and storage. One bedroom is ensuite with a King Size bed and there is a bathroom located outside the second twin bedroom.

The property is a five minute walk to the a local convenience store and you can get to Aldi, Lidl, M & S, Sainsburys and Tesco within a five to ten minute drive. M & S is the closest drive to the property.

You can walk to New Milton town centre in 15 minutes where M & S is located.

Guests have the use of the whole bungalow all on one level.

Rowan Cottage is located near to some fabulous golf courses.

Lovely well equipped house
Lovely well equipped house, nice to have courtyard outside space. Kitchen has everything you need, beds very comfortable and lovely bathrooms.
