Every season offers a new opportunity to experience the wonders of Western Idaho. Nestled in the desirable community of Meadowcreek, this spacious retreat presents the perfect home base for families or friends looking to experience the area's year-round splendors. Private highlights including a hot tub and furnished outdoor areas add an extra layer of comfort to your stay. Brundage Mountain Resort and the town of McCall are each within a 15-mile radius of the home. Other nearby attractions include Zimm's Hot Springs and the Weiser River National Recreation Area.

The cabin itself is divided into two separate apartments - one upper and one lower - and each comes furnished for standalone comfort. The lower-level apartment is equipped with a full kitchen of its own while the gorgeous farmhouse-style kitchen upstairs features all the major appliances and thoughtful touches to inspire home-cooked creations. There's also a gas grill for barbecues out on the deck. Morning coffee is made easy thanks to two Keurig coffee makers. Separate living areas each feature a smart TV and fireplace for cozy household comfort and flexible entertainment. Two separate washer/dryers provide even more home convenience. Additional perks include free WiFi.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The main floor fireplace is scheduled to be repaired in February 2024 and is presently not open for guest use.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
