MOUNTAIN CABIN IN EAST TENNESSE

Welcome to our beautiful & peaceful cabin in the backwoods of east Tennessee! This is where fun memories can be made! It is a perfect place to accommodate 3 couples with children. We are 21 miles east of Knoxville located in the middle of Cherokee Lake & Douglas Lake, just 16 miles either direction. Pigeon Forge is a fun mountain resort just 22 miles away! We are 31 miles to Gatlinburg and 35 miles to the Great Smoky Mountains! Our cabin has a game room, a gorgeous outdoor patio deck with a fire pit & grill, and much more!

Wonderful escape
It was an amazing reset tucked away from all the hustle and bustle but still driving distance to attractions and hiking trails. The outdoor space was wonderful and particularly loved that there was access to the porch from two bedrooms and the main living room. Will definitely return if in Tennessee again!

We had a summer getaway here to visit Knoxville, pigeon forge, gatlinburg and Chattanooga. It was convenient to all those places. Rosalind is a terrific host and her place is immaculate!! Would stay again if we are back in that area!

This stunning home was the perfect place to celebrate our son’s graduation from UT, enjoy Pigeon Forge and Dollywood, and spend some very special family time at the house hanging out, playing games, and enjoying peaceful mornings drinking coffee on the deck with gorgeous views and cool breezes. This was by far our favorite vacation home that we have stayed at over the years! It’s secluded yet not too far from town and views are gorgeous off the deck. Such a great places for families because of all the games. Rosalind was very responsive and helpful anytime I had questions. We would stay here again and would recommend it to others!

Mountain Cabin was welcoming, tranquil and set for communing and relaxation. Fully stocked kitchen, upscale linens and towels, and, our favorite, a marvelous deck. There is also a huge variety of games for every age. Rosalind was a great communicator. This place is great for a family. I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time staying in this house. Everything worked great and the house was very nice. The deck is beautiful and well furnished. The bedrooms do not have any dressers but there is plenty of room in the closets. Plenty of games for the whole family to enjoy. Overall a great stay

We LOVED this house! There was plenty of room. The kids loved the game room, and the adults loved the deck with the fire table. Beatiful home
I love the house because it was away from all busy city life. Location of the house was ideal being in the middle knoxville and Gaitlinburg. Extremely close to Buc-ee's. Not a lot of food places close but house had all needed to cook or grill meals. The scenery was beautiful from the large deck. The garage an awesome place to hangout at night. We definitely be staying there again. Host was amazing. Thanks again!

Beautiful peaceful home!
This house is situated in the perfect area!!! Just outside of the chaos of Gatlinburg is this beautiful house nestled in the mountains. The game room was incredible, the kids loved playing and spent many many hours out there! The outside was amazing for playing catch, the deck was perfect for grilling, smores and watching the sunrise and sunset. The drive into town isn’t too far and we loved being able to unplug at the end of a long day here! We will definitely be back again!

We enjoyed our stay here! The home and property are beautiful and there were so many activities there: Arcade basketball, foosball, pool table, firepit, books, etc! You can grill out and enjoy the relaxing views! We enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but also felt we were close enough to town to get there quickly and enjoy all that Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, etc have to offer! We highly recommend this fun and relaxing stay! (P.S. We are a family of ten and had a great amount of space at the home)!

Great time !
We had an amazing stay. The house was beautiful and has so much to do. My children loved the game room and we loved the outside patio. We grilled out almost every meal and sat outside drinking coffee and reading a book. We brought our dogs and they loved having the yard to run around in. It’s about an hour to go into pigeon forge and Gatlinburg but it’s a beautiful drive and well worth it for the location of the house.

This home is much more than just a cabin. It has a ton of room and lots to do. The property is beautiful. Weather was bad, so I didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful deck. Rosalind was a great host. I had trouble with cable and internet during a storm and she was so quick to try and help!

Great mountain house!
We were in town for our niece’s wedding in New Market and this house was perfect. It’s very clean and had lots of room for our family of four, plus my Dad and my daughter’s boyfriend. Would love to come back in the spring or fall to make more use of the large covered deck with gorgeous new furniture and fire pit. Rosalind was very responsive and had the house stocked very well. It was only 10 minutes to the wedding venue so it was very convenient. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay!
We went up to Tennessee for a family trip. Even before renting the property, I was in contact with the property manager and she was so kind and prompt at responding. We ended up renting the home and are so glad we did. The communication was phenomenal, getting in was a breeze and the house itself was wonderful. The game room was a huge hit with oir family and we also loved sitting around the outdoor fireplace. You will have zero regrets booking this property. All you need to do is pack a bag, everything else was available at the home which was so convenient. As mentioned earlier, communication was excellent and we truly felt like we were on vacation. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Great Property
We were there for a Tennessee volunteer (25 minutes away) football game. Family from Ohio and Pennsylvania came down. House was a great place to hang out. Beautiful porch with a nice outdoor gas fire pit and outside an open air fire pit. Great game room. Perfect location to sit and hang out. Kitchen and grill were fantastic for cooking. I couldn’t imagine a better spot to hang out. Out in the country but close enough to go get what you need (10minutes to Buc-ees). Owners were great. Great communication. Can’t come up with a negative thing to say about the experience.
