This Breathtaking Waterfront Beach House gives you the true New England experience, with Ocean Beach Park just steps away! The home is a single level ranch design w/ garage. Our fully furnished 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house even allows a group of 12 relatives to live comfortably and lavishly! SLEEPS 12 IN BEDS! Maximum 12 occupancy!
Monthly/Weekly/Daily Renters, Essential Workers, Families/Vacationers, Connecticut College, Mitchell College, Coast Guard Academy, Electric Boat, Dominion Energy, Mohegan Sun & Foxwoods Casinos. Family, friend, work, team, bachelor, bachelorette, golf, etc. gatherings are all welcomed.
Beach passes ARE NOT included with booking; can be purchased at Ocean Beach Park admission booth(s). Public commercial olympic sized pool located at Ocean Beach Park (pool passes ARE NOT included w/ booking; can be purchased at park). Unfortunately dogs (pets) are not allowed inside Ocean Beach Park.
Ocean Beach Park is down the street from the home, open Memorial Day to Labor Day. It is less than a 5 minute walk to your right once you step out the front door of the home. The admission booth is located on the boardwalk once passed through the vehicle entrance gate. Guests are able to utilize Alewife Cove for water activities such as kayaks, canoes, or paddle boards (all NOT included). Guests are expected to comply with the CT water safety guidelines/requirements. Unfortunatly, the property docks (on back yard retaining wall) are off limits and not accessible for guest usage. There is a water access area 2 blocks away where you can access the water on Parkway Drive (Waterford, CT). It is a very short walk across the bridge (to the right) that brings you to the water access area. Besides water activities, the immediate area is a great place for walking, jogging, or bike riding.
