The charming living room features an additional gel mattress queen sleeper sofa for extra comfort. Guests can enjoy the tranquil surroundings and unwind in the cozy atmosphere. With amenities like AC, WiFi, washer/dryer, 2 Kayaks, paddle board, Life jackets and lake floats, charcoal grill, corn hole game, Xbox with games, lots of board games, toys and books, and stunning sunsets your stay will be nothing short of terrific!

Dock is included and you have the ability to dock your own boat. Boat ramp is nearby. Home is in a gated community.
