I had to call the property manager upon arrival which was 90 minutes after allowed checkin because the apartment hadn't been cleaned. There were wet towels on the bathroom floor.and the beds hadn't been changed or made. The shower window shade got stuck in a raised position. When I contacted host, they stated that the shades did not have string pulls (but they did). Some shade slats were partly broken off. The TV had some broken pixels causing partial blackout of faces. There was a bottle of wine provided, as promised, and one wine glass. The wifi wasn't working because it hadn't been set to the username and password provided. We had to enter the network name on the router to all devices we used. Lots of traffic noise despite being 5 floors up. I've asked for a partial refund because of needing to exit the apartment to allow the cleaners in but so far haven't heard anything. I'd never stay here again.
