"The in room fireplace and jacuzzi were wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast service seemed a little out of date. The bagels were stale. I had to request snow removal on the stairs. Otherwise, the front desk was very helpful."

Amazing property and property manager, beds not great
"Amazing stay overall. Mike was a great host and helped us with sheets and towels since we came from out of state. The deck was amazingly close to the water.The cabin was charmingly rustic, as were the mattresses :)"

"This space was exactly as described, and right on Lake Michigan. Everything in the home was clean, in great shape, and comfortable. There's a bit of a drop to the lake, but the stairs that seem to be newly installed are sturdy and easy. Internet speed was good and the outdoor space was wonderful. ..."

"This is a cozy cottage and very comfortable. I wish I would have known the second bedroom only had exterior access. Who is doing the cleaning could pay attention to a little more detail. The refrigerator wasn’t super clean and there were items on the floor next to the sink in the upstairs bathroom. ..."

The trip was horrible experience with my 3 and 5 year old we had the wait 2 hours before I could check in or get keys for or loft room with booking with expedia. I will never book with this company again. I was on hold with expedia for 45 minutes
