"Our stay was good to start. Good communication about a water issue at the property. The house was as described. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early because there were serious septic issues and there was raw sewage in the downstairs tube and in the garage. Communication was fine with the rental company about this, but they refused to refund a whole day for us, even though we had to leave. "

"This space was exactly as described, and right on Lake Michigan. Everything in the home was clean, in great shape, and comfortable. There's a bit of a drop to the lake, but the stairs that seem to be newly installed are sturdy and easy. Internet speed was good and the outdoor space was wonderful. A bit secluded from the main road, which once you know the driveway, is very nice. "

"If you love nature, seclusion and fantastic views of Lake Michigan, then you will love this house/property! Also, we have rented a lot of VRBOs over the years and typically you’re left with like 2 trash bags, one extra roll of TP, and no other house keeping amenities. These hosts have it all for your stay, which is enormously appreciated and goes a long way IMO. We will definitely be back! Only thing I would note is that the walkway is steeper than it appears in pics and could be an issue for the elderly. Thanks for sharing your amazing home!"
