What a great property for a family pet friendly vacation with a great view of Kentucky Lake. You feel right at home the moment you arrive on the property. The owners thought of it all for all ages to have a fun yet relaxing vacation. The home was very clean and comfortable practically furnished for hanging out!!! Hope to return again!!!

Amazing Stay - Quiet and Relaxing!
This property and area were AMAZING! Beautiful lake view from atop a hill! The house is very well done, super clean and the owners take really good care of their guests upon your arrival. Nice welcoming gifts await your arrival, which is above and beyond for any VRBO we’ve ever visited. Additionally, the owners are very responsive and helpful with anything you might need before or during your stay. 5 stars and definitely recommend!

Very nice house
I have rented cabins in Tennessee 3 times in the past year and although they were all very nice, none of them were stocked as good as this house was stocked up. Not just with dinnerware but even a welcome basket of snacks, a complimentary bottle of wine and lots of items in the refrigerator and cupboards. The entire family had a great time and the hosts are great people.

Clean, comfortable and relaxing!
Eight of us came from different states to meet at this house to celebrate our mom's 75th birthday and also a mini girls getaway. We were all so impressed that the home was just as it shows in the listing (which is not always the case) and bustled with so many amenities. We took a ton of pictures and have so many great memories from this home. Thank you for opening it up to guests and welcoming us so warmly!

Kayaks were a great surprise!
Kentucky has always been our extended families meet half way destination for family vacations. We have stayed at state parks, bed & breakfasts and hotels in the past. Renting this vacation home was the best. We didn't know it came with kayaks so we were pleasantly surprised when we opened the garage to see 3 kayaks were available for us to use. They had so many extras we didn't expect, like charcoal. We had brought our own as we planned to grill out. The only suggestion I would give is if you are planning on having a fire bring firewood. We went into the woods and made a fire with sticks but firewood would be nice.

We really Enjoyed this house- the biggest issue we had was this…. The description indicated “steps to the water”- this home does NOT have access to the water- it sits on a hill and there is NO water access from the property (there was a note Posted that says neighbors don’t want people walking on their property get to water). You must drive 1/4 to 1/2 mile to a public water access. Besides this issue- we enjoyed playing corn hole, and front porch sitting to watch the sunrise and sunsets-

Relaxing and enjoyable
The experience was everything I expected and more. We watched the sunrise each morning with anticipation and excitement! We enjoyed fishing, canoeing and kayaking. The weather was amazing and it turned just cool enough for to enjoy the fire pit at night. The accommodations were the best we have had. From 4 to 81, our trip was enjoyed by all!

Had the most amazing weekend! Everything was set up and ready for us and the view was fantastic! Such a relaxing visit! So many things for the grands to do so the grandparents could relax and enjoy 😊 Would definitely recommend to anyone just wanting to get away.

Beautiful lake view house
We were meeting TX family about in the middle so this was the perfect area for that. The house was beautiful with a fantastic view of the lake. We didn’t use much of the garage activities but there were many things to choose from: kayaks, fishing poles, basketball, and many games inside the house as well.

Great Place - Beautiful view!
Very comfortable home and great view! Comfy beds and a front porch and side patio to enjoy morning coffee or evening glass of wine and a screened porch & small fenced yard in the back. Well-equipped kitchen and all very clean. Large living.dining.kitchen space for all to gather. Boat ramp easy distance nearby. Easy to communicate with owners for our arrival and during our stay! We had a great time!!

Amazing Lake Views
Our family and I enjoyed our stay here. The views of the lake were very pretty. The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked. Unfortunately a tornado passed through our stay and knocked out the power. Fortunately, the home had a generator that we were able to use. I would definitely recommend this place!

AMAZING!!!!
We had the most awesome weekend and the view was so unbelievable!! Our 7 yr old literally stopped in his tracks with his mouth wide open the first time he saw the view of the lake outside the big kitchen window!! We loved how peaceful it was and how much we unplugged and played the board games provided in the house, and the fun outside playing sports and shooting hoops and corn hole in the garage. The memories made there are unforgettable and we can't wait to go back and stay again in the warm weather and get into some lake sports!! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to take in gorgeous views and enjoy some quality time with loved ones!!
