Welcome to our luxurious vacation home, boasting incredible views of Lake Michigan and just a short walk from beach access. (Due to Lake Michigan erosion, the beach access directly across the street may be unavailable. There is another beach access point just 2-3 blocks away)

Step inside the house and be amazed by the large and fully equipped kitchen, featuring top-of-the-line appliances and an oversized island that makes cooking and entertaining a breeze. Enjoy your meals in the expansive screened-in porch, where you can savor your food while admiring the stunning lake views.

At sunset, head up to the rooftop deck for a breathtaking view of the lake, or relax in the oversize outdoor hot tub (additional fee) or around the oversized firepit.

The primary bedroom features a luxurious master bath, and a lofted office area provides a peaceful place to get some work done.

The main house offers three additional bedrooms, with a fifth bedroom in the detached guest house that also features a lofted area with two additional beds, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette.

The basement family room offers beautiful lake views and plenty of space for family fun, including a free retro video gaming machine, ping-pong table, board games, and a TV.

The property is conveniently located close to many restaurants, wineries, breweries, shopping, and casinos, providing plenty of entertainment options during your stay.

House was exactly as pictured and wonderful for our big group. Lots of beds and everything was clean and well stocked. Would recommend to anyone! It was a bummer that the beach entrance two blocks from the house was closed up for us in late April, but certainly not an issue with the property itself.

Perfect spot for a friend get-together!
We had an absolutely fantastic visit! The house was lovely and huge -- the perfect spot to meet up with a bunch of old friends. We enjoyed the views, the fire pit, the hot tub, and the proximity to the beach. What was especially nice was how well-stocked the property was and ready for us -- everything from firewood to cookware to towels was available, which made things so much easier. Communication from the host was very clear and timely. Truly, this was one of the best VRBO stays I've ever experienced and it made for a great experience.

Wonderful Home
I don't think I've ever stayed at a cleaner rental property. It's a great house to have separate sleeping areas away from the gathering areas. Everything you need is included, the house is well stocked and feels like a home. Amazing view of Lake Michigan to wake up to and just steps from the beach. We would recommend this property to anyone staying in the New Buffalo area.

We loved our stay at this home! It was beautifully appointed and had everything we could've possibly needed. The view was amazing and provided easy access to a nice, semi-private beach. We would definitely do it all over again!

Coast-to-coast family vacation
Great home with lots of space for our family that traveled from NY to Seattle for a week on the lake! The house was well provisioned and we had good communication with the owner. 2-block walk to the beach was hard to beat and the hot tub, fire pit, and screened in porch were all put to good use. A great vacation home!

Great views of Lake Michigan!
The house was very nice and well suited for three families with teenagers to have some fun together! We cooked meals, played games, and of course enjoyed our time on the beach. Lake Michigan is a short walk away to a very nice beach! The views of the lake from the house were spectacular! We would definitely recommend the house!

Great girls weekend
This property was in a great location with stunning views of the lake and amazing sunsets. Although the beach access point across the street was closed for restoration it was a quick walk down the block where there is plenty of beach to use. The house was as described and we enjoy all the great outdoor spaces, hot tub and fire pit were great!

Lovely property, close to beach access, fabulous views of lake and sunsets, quiet streets for walking/jogging. The home had everything we needed and more. Close to Indiana Dunes for hiking. Excellent local u-pick farm (Garwood's). We highly recommend this property.

Great house for a big group
Tripti’s place was the perfect home base to celebrate my sisters birthday weekend with family and friends! The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and an amazing view of the lake from the porch and balcony. There was tons of space for our large group and the house was well stocked with towels, blankets, and all the kitchen supplies we could possibly need. Check in was seamless and easy, and Tripti was extremely responsive. We would definitely recommend this house and hope to come back sometime in the summer!

Family vacation
Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. We have 11 in our family with plenty of room and comfort. We enjoyed hanging out at the house. Spent a lot of time on screened in porch and kitchen/family room. Short walk to a beach. Only about 10 minute drive into main town of New Buffalo. Warren Sand Dunes about 20 minute drive- loved the hiking there. Good communication with property manager. Great time by all. Thank you!

A few issues
Potentially good location when construction around home is done. Strong tobacco odor upon entering home. Sheets and towels had musty mildew odor. Nice kitchen and common area. Sorry to say…..We will not go back to this house for our fall family gatherings.

NB Vacay 2023
We enjoy this day mainly because it was near the lake. Because we had booked it late in the season we did not get right on the lake, but the short walk was no problem. The house was accommodating with the different families involved would like to have had one more bed in the basement. There were a lot of steps for me grandma but I survived. We love the porch off of the kitchen and the large table in the dining area love the outdoor fire pit which we used every night. Have no complaints about anything with the house.

Great House
The house is perfect, like all the other reviewers state. While not a dealbreaker for us, the beach access across from the house is permanently closed. The lower half of the stairs are gone and massive boulders and tractor tires have been brought in to limit further erosion. So access directly across from the house as shown in the pictures is currently gone, rather than may be closed due to high water. You can access the beach walking up hill about .2 miles. So, not a big deal for adults but harder if you have little kids.

Couldn’t be nicer, but…
This was an absolutely beautiful and marvelous home! It could not have met our needs as a family better. Spacious, comfortable, inviting, and the best were all words used by the family to describe this property. The owner was unusually gracious and kind in dealing with any issue that arose. He also provided wonderful hospitality gifts that the family oohed and aahed over. The but in the title has to do with beach access in front of the property being washed out and the constant construction going on across the street. The owner really couldn’t do anything about either of these. But both served as significant disappointments during our stay.
