We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was clean and worked out well. Plenty of room, loved the dining room table for games and it was conveniently located. We walked to the downtown & for ice cream. Rio's is Awesome!!! We LOVED the pool & the deck! I do have a couple comments, the TV and the lack of cable were very frustrating. I think they need to purchase a new TV. The picture was graining and kept going out, would freeze constantly, the connection was terrible. I understand no Internet, but it would've been nice to be able to watch just regular TV at times. Also, the mattress in the back room was terrible. The location was great! We were able to walk to the beach, it’s a good walk but doable. Coffee, Fresh fruit market & GREAT Mexican food across the street. The owners we also very responsive!

This condo was perfect for my family of four (and could have fit more). It was comfortable and spacious and the pool right outside was absolutely perfect. We brought bikes and were able to easily ride to town and the beach everyday.

Nice girls’ getaway
Stayed here for a short getaway with my daughters aged 20 and 23. Cute restaurants nearby. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Thanks to the owners for a smooth check in/out process and tips about the area!

We had a girls weekend and this location was one mile from the “Main Street” for groceries, restaurants and Casey’s Bar and the public beach access! Great condo community, Roger/Anna have the nicest neighbors (we met at the pool!) Great weekend away and would defiantly rent this condo again!

More space than the photos
We had 3 couples and 2 children stay and we had plenty of space. The place was larger in person than the photos show and extremely clean. All kitchen amenities were provided and plenty of seating for a large family. The patio was great as it overlooks the shallow end of the pool. We used the pool everyday in 100 degree heat. Would absolutely stay again. Thanks so much!

We loved the condo! It was clean, nice, and so close to all sorts of restaurants shops parks and the beach! The owners were very friendly and very helpful and responsive when needed! Can’t say enough good things about this place!

Great Location and Amenities
This is a great condo in a very convenient location for a small family. The condo had great amenities, and was very clean and comfortable. The hosts (Anna and Roger) are great. Excellent communication, and of great help throughout the booking process and provided helpful information and tips right before we got there. We would greatly recommend this venue, and shall definitely revisit in the future.

Great Experience!!
I typically don't write reviews but after staying here I must say I was blown away by the home, location, and the managers. The day before our trip, Roger (one of the managers), called me to walk me through the check in process, told us about popular spots in town, and overall wanted to make sure we had a fun and memorable trip. The home was extremely clean and even more spacious than the pictures on the listing. The best part about this home is the location. Walking and a short driving distance to anything you need in town. I highly recommend staying here. Thanks again for everything Roger and Anna!

Quick 2 day stay
The property owners were very nice and quick to respond. Would just recommend a checkout check list at the property, only reason for rating a 4. That way there is no confusion on what needs to be done prior to leaving. The baby swing came in handy for our 6 week old. The pool was nice. We had a hard time getting the keys back in the box before we departed, after talking to Anna she mentioned the keys had to go in a certain way. We were able to get the padlock locked after talking to her but may be helpful to mention that on a checkout list as well.

Good price but lacking in big areas to me.
Nice location and nice owners. However, property pics portray a bigger and more private property than the reality in my opinion. Property was clean, but many perishable foods or used items such as soap were left in condo when we checked in. Not a bad experience and the price was right but I don’t think we will stay there again.
