THE SPACE
On the main floor, Sunset Dream’s large kitchen opens to a dining area with a fireplace and sliding doors lead out to the large front porch with fantastic Lake Michigan views.

Upstairs you'll find an incredible great room with a beautiful stone fireplace, a wet bar, TV, gorgeous lake views, and the entire space is graced by overhead skylights. The second-story screen porch is where you'll want to spend most of your time - whether watching the boats go by on a blue-sky day or soaking up the sunset while unwinding with a glass of wine. There's a TV, plenty of comfy seating, and three walls of windows that can be opened wide to enjoy the summer breeze.

The finished lower level of Sunset Dream includes a game room with a TV, a full bath, a second "party" kitchen that's perfect for late-night snacks, and a large laundry room. Head outside to the backyard where you’ll find a gas grill and lots of room for fun and games.

From June 2 - August 25, 2024 this home has a 7-day minimum with check ins/outs on Sundays only.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to participate in a guest prescreening. All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.

Pets are not allowed at this home.

Please note beach access is not available across the street or near the house due to historic high water levels.
