For those of us that want it all on our vacations, welcome to All Decked Out! This 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath colossal home is located in the quaint town of Grand Beach, MI just two blocks from Lake Michigan! Three levels of living both inside and outside of this majestic home. Your group will love the backyard's multiple features including heated in-ground pool which is a large 16x32 (open May 16th-October 10th), private hot tub (open year-round), gas grill, outdoor dining seating for 12, putting green, and much more. Lots of room inside as well as outside. Upstairs seating area with TV and video games as well as a main floor three season room with TV overlooking backyard and hot tub. This seasoned vacation rental has everything you need to make your stay wonderful! Like to cook during your trip? This kitchen comes fully stocked too. Lots of board games and books in this rental as well as a outdoor sand area for kids to play.

All the standard amenities you would expect in a quality rental including washer/dryer, internet, cable, gas grill, central heat/air, hot tub, private heated pool, beach equipment, three season room, and so much more! Book today, this one wont last!

**Due to the danger of the beaches from erosion, this beach access is closed. There is however a lookout area for sunsets.

Very child friendly even for infants. The backyard sand pit had plenty of sand toys to play with. And the pool had a few toys available too. The walk to the beach lookout spot was just a few minutes. Drive the New buffalo beach was about 9 minutes.

Loved the Large Deck
We had four generations, ages 84-3, enjoying time together at this house. Everyone was able to spend time on this large deck watching the fun in the pool and sand area. Very clean. Lots of comfortable seating on deck, by pool, and in sand area. Short drive to the beach. Lots of fun memories made!

Everything was really nice except it rained for two days and the patio furniture was all wet, it took several days for the furniture to dry out and some of it looks moldy. Need a rain proof area outside. Some of the chairs around the outside table are dangerous, you about flip out backwards on some of them. The gas grill does not work the best. The steps are slippery when wet, they need grippers on them, my 24year old daughter slipped down the steps going to her car. Otherwise it was a really nice place to stay. The pool and sandbox are great.

Wonderful Place
This property suited the needs of our large family very well. The kids loved the pool and were content to spend the entire day there. There were plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and a well- stocked kitchen. The property is showing some signs of wear and tear and was not very clean when we arrived. However, we texted the management company and they sent someone out to clean very promptly. The pool cover also was not functional when we arrived, but that was taken care of promptly as well. We would stay here again.

We had four families, totaling 15 people. The house was nice and well equipped. Everyone had a good time. The hot tub wasn't warm by the time we went to bed the first day, which was disappointing but not a huge deal.

Stayed mid-late Sept. Pool and hit tub great end of season getaway. Pool cover is broken-didn't affect us but we stayed here before when kids were younger and it's a nice safety feature to have working. Overall, beautiful property. Really loved our stay-anticipate returning.

Family vacation
Our immediate family tries to get together once a year but haven’t been successful in three years. Our family has grown (3 grandkids) as well. This house gave us lots of room to spread out to sleep but plenty of room for games and conversing. Pool was great to have. Rooms for all to sleep comfortably. So many areas for kids to play and parents to watch them. Not far from Warren Dunes. Wish there was a closer beach but Mother Nature has her own ideas

Great family vacation
Beautiful house in a nice neighborhood, was exactly as described. We knew the pool would be closed (off season) but still enjoyed the hot tub and putting green. Our 4 1/2 yo granddaughter played in the huge backyard "beach" for hours at a time. There was plenty of space for our family of 11 including 8 adults and 3 small children. We would definitely recommend this house and would also stay here again (when the pool is open). We cooked and ate all our meals at the house and knew to bring spices, condiments, etc due to COVID restrictions. Our only minor complaint was a pretty sparse "welcome package" including enough paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher soap for about a day but the staff was very nice and brought additional supplies fairly quickly. Of note, supplies did NOT include facial tissues, laundry detergent or shampoo so please remember to bring your own.

Wonderful family weekend
My family and I really enjoyed this house and it was a wonderful little getaway for the weekend. We stayed in November and lucked out with 70 degree weather so we got to take advantage of the deck and sand area in the backyard. The young kids had a blast in the sand and spent most of their day playing in it. They did not provide any sand toys so I suggest you bring your own. This house is gorgeous especially in the fall and we really enjoyed the local area. Everyone had their own room and bathroom which was great. The house did not have any kitchen basic supplies like salt, pepper, oil, etc (not sure if this is due to COVID), but it did have all the necessary appliances and dishes. I will say the oven is quite tiny for this size of house! Overall, we made some great memories and would love to rent again when the pool is open. Thanks for a great stay!
