The Float Inn 7 is equipped with a digital lock that is reprogrammed for each guest to provide every one with the highest level of security. As a guest, you can arrive at your convenience, let yourself in with the code and do so without having to keep up with keys! It is a major plus when you are on the river tubing all day long.
Prepare a gourmet meal in the kitchen that has been generously furnished for cooking with appliances and equipment. The kitchen opens up into the bar and dining room that comfortably seats 4 at the table or 4 at the bar. The kitchen has a top loading washer and dryer for your convenience. Watch TV on a large Roku flat screen from the comfort of two overstuffed chairs or a couch. Step out onto the balcony to take in the pristine beauty of the spring fed Comal River that stays a constant 72 degrees year round. The outdoor furniture will enhance your enjoyment.
Tucked away upstairs are the master and guest bedrooms for privacy and rest. The upstairs features vaulted ceilings for an added spaciousness. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and large flat screen smart TVs.
Drink your morning coffee while watching the resident birds, deer and other wildlife from the private 3rd floor balcony located off of the spacious master suite with a king size bed. The master bath has a separate shower and tub.
Curl up in the guest room on one of two full-sized beds with reading lamps and a good book. The combination tub/shower is separate from the sink and dressing area for privacy and added convenience.
In addition to private access to the Comal River, Camp Warnecke includes a pool and hot tub and charcoal grills next to picnic tables on the grounds. The pool is open year round and has a solar heating system to keep the warm during winter.

CAMP WARNECKE RULES
All vehicles in the parking lot must have vehicle hang tags visible through the front windshield. Vehicles without hang tags are subject to towing. No dooly trucks, oversized vehicles, or trailers may be parked on the property.
The maximum number of vehicles allowed to park on premises is 2 per condo. Issuing extra parking passes is prohibited.
Wristbands must be worn at all times. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 8 total guests. Occupancy limits extend to the common areas. Daytime guests and events in excess of the unit occupancy limit (8) is not permitted. Issuing extra wristbands is prohibited.
Please use the charcoal grills on the grounds for outdoor cooking. Use of any type of outdoor cooking equipment on the balconies is a fire hazard and a violation of city ordinance.
Quiet hours of 11:00 PM to 8:30 AM daily must be observed, no loud music, construction or disruptive activities are allowed.
Camp Warnecke is a family-friendly vacation rental community. Loud, obscene, disruptive, or illegal activities are not permitted.
No garbage to be left on the premises – please take all garbage to the dumpsters.
Pool Rules:

3. Pool is for owners, tenants, and guests only. Wristbands required.
4. No glass containers
5. No smoking
6. Running and unnecessary noise are not permitted in the pool area.
7. All person using the pool, do so at their own risk.
8. Children should not use the pool without supervision.
9. Management/Security reserves the right to deny use of the pool to anyone at any time.
10. For emergencies, call 911. 11. No food or smoking allowed in the pool/hot tub water.
