3rd night free in Jan and Feb. Located in the heart of Gruene! Our condo is located on the Ground floor on the corner of the complex. Gruene’s River View (101) is an elegant corner condo with easy ground-floor access and views of the Guadalupe River. We’re right in Historic Gruene, a stone’s throw from Gruene Hall, so you can leave your car behind and walk to the attractions. Enjoy the sunset on the private deck with a view of the Guadalupe River. Walk the beautiful path down to the river for a restful picnic at the river’s edge. Relax by the pool and waterfall, or go tubing with easy water access to the Guadalupe. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, beautiful granite kitchen, 2 flat screen televisions, washer and dryer, and easy access to the private pool, barbeque areas, river, and Historic Gruene… you can create your perfect vacation.


Also, we are unable to split up weekend rentals in the summer. All bookings that include a Friday must also include the Saturday.

Great place to stay for Gruene/New Braunfels area!
We were in town for a family reunion in New Braunfels - this place is a great location to use as a base. There were 5 adults and we loved the location - allowing us to walk around Gruene when not at our family event. We also went to Wurstfest opening night and the drive to/from was easy - only 10 minutes!

We came to a concert at Gruene Hall. Just a short walk to everything in town. We have pets so the downstairs and end unit were perfect. Nice walk to river.

Super clean, well stocked Condo.Walkable to everything in Historic Gruene. Close to Gruene Hall, Grist Mill, General store. Grill uses charcoal and located at river level(about 5-6 story hike down).

Great condo…great location.
Five of us stayed for five days. The condo was fantastic. It was well stocked with the listed amenities / pantry items. The location on the river with a private veranda was so relaxing. Walking easily right over to all the Historic Gruene shops, restaurants and music hall was a nice bonus. The owner was quick to respond and helpful with our questions prior to arrival.

Very nice and cozy.
We were in walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops, and live music. Beautiful scenery over looking the river. The place was perfect for us to cook and hang out after a day at the river. Very clean and very cozy. Loved it!!!

Hottest weekend of the yeae
This was a perfect escape from the heat. Gruene was very welcoming. It was shaded and had a good breeze. Every morning for coffee we weee greeted by deer and a red fox. It was a perfect escape from the city and the heat. This place is walking distance to everything in gruene. It was so nice

The house was great! Loved having the pool and river access all in one. My only complaint is they would not allow you to adjust the air any lower than 72 degrees. Which made it a little warm to sleep. Fortunately we brought fans.

Literally right in the middle of it all!
This apartment-style condo is literally the perfect location for touring the Gruene Hall area with all the shops and attractions. It was a quick drive to anywhere we needed to go if not in walking distance. My young children enjoyed the pool with the waterfall both days we were there even in April! The rooms were bigger than they looked and the beds and linens were comfortable and soft. This was perfect! Would definitely consider this place again next time.

Great condo, super location and perfect accommodations for our Sister's Weekend!
Safety suggestions- put skids on bottom of tubs and floor mats on tile bathroom floors (one of my sister's slipped in the tub and fell out of tub-too slippery); lite bulbs missing, coffee pot needs a good descaling, missing remote for the DVD player; blender would be nice. In general this is a wonderful place & perfect location. We had a great time as us sisters always do. We would highly recommend this condo and come back again - we didn't see 1/2 of what Gruene has to offer! Until next time......

PERFECT LOCATION!
If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay within walking distance of Gruene Hall look no further! Walk was literally just couple of minutes. Nice size unit, great for three couples with enough spa ace to move around and not be directly on top of each other. If you forced me to give three things that could improve it I’d have to say a) bed on top bunk needs new mattress b) beds could be a tad more comfy c) shelf in frig is missing. I’d book it again in a heartbeat though. Great stay and great host! A+

Great access to historic Gruene.
If you want guaranteed parking and walking distance to the best shopping and restaurants of the historic district it’s great. There is river access, but it’s only suitable for viewing, picnics and grilling, not launching a kayak, paddle board or swimming. Check in was listed as 3:30, however the cleaning staff worked until a little past 4:30. Walls are a little thin, but I’ll take the added noise of having a ground floor unit and not having to take the stairs. Biggest con was the k-cup pod holder was missing from the coffee maker.

It was great….a few hiccups though
Everything was great and as expected except for the noise from the people upstairs that was absolutely brutal as it sounded like they were having a rock concert and a mosh pit going on but that’s not the owners fault. Only complaints are the top bunk bed is horrible and the refrigerator was not really cooling at all no matter what we did… Some commented on couches not being great but it’s hard to have nice furniture and a place like that when you have people that act like the people that were upstairs .
