Enjoyed our stay.
Booked this house for a three night stay over the weekend with my family. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and they were both kept very clean. The tablet used to control the temps, spa jets, etc was a little wonky. Lots of error messages and delays. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t, but it was in the low 90s during the day so we didn’t mind the cold pool. House was clean and beds comfortable. A few things could use replacement due to stains such as the shower curtains and wine glasses. House thermostat automatically went up at night, so it was pretty stuffy and uncomfortable while sleeping for all of us even with the ceiling fans going. It was also a bit difficult to cool the house down during the day, but it wasn’t too bad. Keeping in mind that this house is out in the country which is one of its biggest perks, so expect lots of bugs. Bug Zappers on the back deck would have been nice, almost needed. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and cook our meals. Gas grill in the back was cleaned. Plenty of Lysol spray, paper towels, and paper cups which were nice to have. HEB and other grocery stores, restaurants are less than a 15 minute drive away.

Perfect summer weekend with Grandkids!
We were looking for a long weekend stay in the Canyon Lake area with lots of privacy and a pool. This place was spot on and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Seamless check- in. Description matched the home. We enjoyed pool time, hiking around the property, game room time, and beautiful sunsets! A grand time with 6 of our Grands - ages 4 months to 13!

Get a way
The property was beautiful, and we all had a good time. The onlly thing I didn't like was after the booking was complete we recieved a list rules that were not in the original listing, nothing that unreasonable but would have been nice to see it first. Overall we would go back and rent this property again.

Every year I plan a trip to go float and relax and hangout with friends . We stayed here in 2022 and now we stayed again in 2023 ! We love the easy access to this location, the accommodations and communication from the host , the cleanliness of the home , and the privacy. The home is always clean and with a short drive to go float it’s the perfect destination ! Once your float is over you get to spend the rest of the day swimming and grilling. We will be returning again for our 3rd time ❤️

Trip to enjoy the area with our grandchildren. Enjoyed the quiet around the location of the house, pool/hot tub were a source of steady enjoyment. Enjoyed floating on the river and boating at Canyon Lake. Returning to enjoy the home after these events was very relaxing. Overall an enjoyable experience. Cleanliness took a slight hit as clothing (I assume from previous guests) was left behind and refrigerater/freezer contained items, again I assume from previous guests.

Thanksgiving Getaway
Great litte getaway for the holiday. Hottub was great after Thanksgiving dinner. This was a wonderful place to celebrate with our family. Our only complaint is there is no bathroom on main floor but thats a very minor problem.

We loved it it’s in the hill country outside of town wildlife the beds where very nice and comfortable the pool and hot tub was great had floats there volleyball for the pool a gas grill for grilling on the porch ramps to get to pool no steps there’s cooking skillets and pots plates silverware it’s great place I highly recommend this place we will be coming back

We had a great time. Everything you need in one spot. You can relax in the pool. Walk all over the property exploring. Sit on the porch for hours listen to nature. A cute little fox came out every night as to say hello. It was a great vaca!!!

Peaceful Country Getaway!!
Very clean and extremely quiet property in the Texas Hill Country. Great swimming pool and hot tub. The owner was very responsive from beginning to end and anticipated our every need. Perfect hideaway that's close to both New Braunfels and San Antonio. Our group had a great time and would highly recommend this rental. Thanks!
