Walking distance to all the local attractions and hotspots! 5 min walk to the Comal chute or to downtown New Braunfels. All essentials included—linens, towels, dishes and utensils. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in living room.

Perfect location and very nice inside.
This location was perfect for walking to restaurants nearby and only a five minute drive to Schlitterbaun. The beds were super comfortable and the house was so cute on the inside! We would definitely stay there again.

A MUST Stay!
Outstanding location . With just enough peace and quiet but within walking distance of anything you want to do on a river getaway. Perfect to bring the kiddos and extremely comfortable for our family of four. The house perfect for our family and very clean. Kathryn answered any questions we had and was easy to get in touch with during our entire stay.

The house was very clean and decorated so cute! Rooms are very good size and so is the bathroom! Great walking distance to all the bars downtown, which was perfect for our New Years Eve stay! Will definitely stay here again in the future!

This is our second stay at Little Bridge Haus. Clean and well stocked with towels and other necessities. It was vey hot in New Braunfels and the A/C kept is cool..I think this will be our ‘go-to’ place when we stay in the area… waking distance to our favorite eating establishments…

Excellent location, quaint cottage
Absolutely perfect little cottage for a weekend stay. Place was clean and absolutely outfitted with everything we might have needed. Real star is the location; we parked the car on Friday and didn't touch it again until leaving on Sunday. It's so nice to just be able to walk downtown!!! Would absolutely stay again if I came back to NB.

A very quiet location close to everything, could walk everywhere I wanted to go. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The backyard area was nice to hang out in. A clean, well appointed house. Communication with Host was very responsive.

Perfect location for 2-3 adults
Amazing mattress and bath linens for rental prop. Kitchen well labeled so easy to find everything. Perfect location to main square for eating, shopping, and night life. Will come back! Intimate space and probably great outdoor space (too cold for us to enjoy this stay). Heat did work perfectly. Immediate response to any and all questions to managers, even o yoga studio rec.

Nice little house, pretty close to the river
House itself was lovely and met all of our needs, though someone (from the neighborhood, maybe?) drove up asking what we were doing standing in the front yard...that was something. I think the walk to the public part of the river would not be very fun in mid-summer for some people that are more sensitive to the heat.

Don’t judge by the humble appearance…
Little Bridgehaus is a cozy, comfortable, clean and very welcoming place for extended stay…the kitchen is well supplied for preparing small meals…it is a perfect location for walking distance to the plaza and the river. For us, it was 5 minutes to the plaza for shopping and eating. It has only one bathroom but very manageable for my husband and myself. It is a short driving distance to Gruene.. we did not visit Gruene this time. We plan to book again.

Steps Away from Wurstfest
This adorable little casita was perfect for our visit to the annual Wurstfest in New Braunfels. It was less than a 10-minute walk from the fest grounds and right in the center of historic downtown. The house was clean, with renovations that kept the charm of this vintage home. Bed was comfortable and furnishings were lovely. We’ll certainly be back.
