Travel 1 mile to downtown and discover shops, restaurants, cafes and live music! Golfers will appreciate being less than 2 miles from the Landa Park Golf Course. On summer days, rent tubes and float the refreshing waters of the nearby Comal or Guadalupe Rivers. 1 1/3 miles to Wurstfest!

Country music lovers will want to pay a visit to Gruene Hall, Texas’ oldest dance hall in the historic town of Gruene with small town restaurants and shopping, located 3 miles away.

The master bedroom features a king size bed and private en suite bathroom with walk in shower. 2nd bedroom has a queen. 3rd bedroom has a full-size bed with a twin trundle. Guest bathroom is conveniently located to the guest rooms. Washer and dryer as well. Charcoal/smoker Grill in the big, fenced back yard. 3 rocking chairs, large A frame swing seating 4, fire pit, café lights and an 8 ft picnic table. Fun outdoor games like cornhole and giant Jenga. MAY-SEPTEMBER 8 TUBES INCLUDED!!

No smoking. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. Parking for up to 3 vehicles. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. 1 dog under 40 lbs allowed, $25 per day. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera.

Fun Getaway

This property was perfect for our family of 7. We loved the backyard games. Also location is perfect if you want to be close to the river. Parks and restaurants are within walking distance.

Great location!

Great location. You can walk home for lunch from Schlitterbahn. Loved the blackout curtains in every room for sleeping. Also, I really appreciate this property having so many extra pillows! The property is beautifully decorated! The layout of this property was well thought out- It is very small but used every inch efficiently. We really enjoyed our stay!

The view is amazing, lovely trees and historical landmarks are visible from the front porch, topped with deers wondering about. The town is beautiful with murals on the buildings, lot’s of history and great food and drinks. After a day of exploring and shopping, come home and relax in the beautiful back yard on the swing by a warm fire. We enjoyed our visit and the hospitality of the community, and would highly recommend this property.

Summer trip

The property was cute and very close to the river entry and schlitterbahn, however, there were roaches in the bathroom and strange beetles in the kitchen. I could have done without extra house guests.

Schlitterbahn vacation house

Fantastic vacation house for a Schlitterbahn vacation. House is directly across the street from the original Schlitterbahn entrance. You can easily go back to house for lunch while playing in the old side of the park. Back yard was great and the house is nicely furnished. Its a small 3 bed 2 bath so its a little cramped, but if your here for the water park who needs much space in the house.

Great location!

We highly enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and as advertised! We loved that it was within walking distance to Schlitterbahn. The property manager I spoke with was very helpful, kind, and accommodating. There is no dining table but we didn’t mind! The backyard was such a nice space with a picnic table and plenty of seating. We had so much fun hanging out outside and playing corn hole in the evenings after a long day at the water park. We would definitely stay again!!

Family fun

This property was the perfect location for those looking to have fun at the water park. We were able to walk home for lunch and rest. They also allowed us to escape Hurricane Beryl and check in a night early at a discount… wonderful!! A few notes for improvement: - no kitchen table ( we made due, but possibly put a larger table on the back patio. - we stayed 4 nights. For a family of 6 we ran out of trash bags and detergent. - no tv in Master Bedroom

Beautiful Home!

This home is well stocked w everything u could need. Beds r comfortable and the Decor of this home is remarkable, very well done - furniture comfortable but, needs an L-shaped couch so more people can comfortably watch a movie. No dining table but, bar chairs & tv trays r available. The backyard w the party lights r great. Thanks for the use of the tubes. We would rent again for sure even though it’s RIGHT across parking lot of Schlitterbahn. The house inside makes it all worth the stay!!

We enjoyed this property with kids because there was a porch in front and back for them to enjoy and play when wanting to be outside. The backyard is huge and has places to sit and eat outside at two different tables, and a nice swing to sit in. Again, such a comfortable little place and convenient to all things.

Cutest Place

This home was so super cute, amazingly clean and beautifullly appointed. The management company is high maintenance...from requiring a rental agreement after payment had already been made/cleared to adhering to office hours in order to check in and provide copies of ID and credit card, along with continual texts and emails. This makes the entire rental process unenjoyable.
