Loved the location of this VRBO, it was clean and more room than I expected. I was there for work and would love to return for pleasure when I have more time to explore.
This was a perfect stay for my husband & I. Everything that we needed was walkable. The apartment itself was very nice, comfortable and had everything we needed fir a nice weekend.
David's place is in a great location...close to all restaurants, shops, waterfront and everything downtown New Bern has to offer! The condo is in great shape, very quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!
The property was clean as whistle!
Perfect location and decor and the host was only a phone call away, and he checked on us to make sure everything was good!
Perfect location for exploring downtown New Bern. Everything was easily walkable. Property was very clean and the owner responded immediately when I had a question.
We went looking for a stay downtown and got exactly what we wanted. It’s in the heart of New Berns downtown and we spent two days explorering.

This is a great location from which to see and experience all that is unique and enjoyable in New Bern, and all on foot. From the beautiful waterfront view at Union Point Park, to historic Tryon Palace, North Carolina's first colonial Capitol and all the charming shops and restaurants.
We were right in the heart of downtown; plenty of room, clean. Owner got back to us right away when we asked questions. Would recommend to those who are ok with stairs; you will not be disappointed.
Apartment was great. Set up nice and super clean. Had everything we needed. We were right in the middle of downtown and never had to drive, could easily walk to everything. We would definitely stay there again.
Couldn’t ask for a better location. Downtown in the heart of the historical district. Great restaurants in walking distance. Night life was excellent as well. The unit we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Had all the amenities a and more.. I would highly recommend.
Overall the stay was great! We were not there much but we had great access to all of the restaurants and shops in town. Two things that I think should be changed are the couch….very uncomfortable and the WIFI we ended up having to connect our hotspot from our phones to the tv.

We enjoyed the location and the apartment was very nice! It was perfect to explore downtown/MumFest
One complaint I had was it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke occasionally in the apartment. It was very clean. You could also hear things outside in the middle of the night and the neighbors at times but overall an excellent stay! We would definitely stay here again!
The location is great. Right downtown, walkable to everything. However, it was hard to sleep at night. The exhaust fan from the restaurant below is directly outside the bedroom, is very loud, and runs all night. Also, the staff from the bar/restaurant below would go out back near the bedroom after closing and were extremely loud all three nights we were there.
Our experience with the apartment was very satisfying. There was no outdoor seating and since we were in a warehouse setting, there wasn’t much of a view. Overall, we were very satisfied. We were conveniently located to where everything.
