We had an excellent time here at Cappadocia view hotel. The staff were very attentive and nice. The room was spacious for 5 of us. Breakfast on the terrace was wonderful. We came in January, was very cold but we were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops.

Absolutely love the stay. Hotel itself is great doesn’t have a lot of breakfast options included (was not a big deal to us) as many great restaurants are with in 5 minutes walking distance

Excellent location , have a wonderful root where you can see the balloons for beautiful pictures , room very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly . Prices affordable .

We chose this property because of the great reviews, but it didn’t live up to our expectations. There was rampant black mold in the bathroom along with a persistent unpleasant odor. The shower doors had apparently fallen off and were replaced with torn makeshift shower curtains and it made for an unpleasant experience. The terrace is a great place to watch the hot air balloons, but some mornings the cushions had not been turned to keep off the morning dew so were too wet to sit on and several of the wickers chairs were damaged and would pinch your legs. The sliding door to get to the terrace was very difficult to open. For whatever reason, the main road, access road and parking area were mainly dirt and very rutted. The entrance to the hotel is on the side and not well marked. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful while others seemed lackadaisical. The breakfast buffet was limited and inconsistent in number and quality of items offered day to day. Tables were cleared but not cleaned between guests and napkins, salt, pepper, sugar, etc. were not on each table or were not refilled as needed. I think this hotel might have once been good, but it seems that someone has given up and they don’t really care anymore.

Giriş yaptığımız andan itibaren güler yüz ile karşılandık. Odamızın büyüklüğü yeterliydi, jakuzimiz temizdi, kahvaltılar yeterli ve doyurucuydu. Rahatımız için her konuda yardımcı oldular. Göreme'nin merkezine (yani bu kafelerin vs. olduğu alana) yürüme mesafesinde, ayrıca tüm ören yerlerine de arabayla çok yakın. Hiç gürültü duymadık, sessiz bir otel. Dinlenerek geri döndük. Bir daha Kapadokya'ya gelecek olursak yine bu oteli tercih edebiliriz.

Ayrıca balonlara gitmek isterseniz yol üzerinde oldugundan servis ulaşımı kolay... benim kaldığım oda temizdi, malzemeleri kaliteliydi, bu açıdan beğendim... odada telefon yoktu, gece 02 gibi sanırım yan odada havlayan köpek sesi yüzünden sağlıklı bir uyku uyuyamadım bu açıdan da beğenmedim... otel 4 yıldızı hakediyor basit problemler nedeniyle bence 3 yıldız konforunda bir otel....

Das Personal spricht perfekt Deutsch. Es sind türkische Auswanderer die nach mehrere Jahre in Deutschland in ihre Heimat zurückgekehrt. Sie sind sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist übrigens 1-A!

Herşey çok güzeldi
Karşılamadan otelden çıkışımıza kadar herşey çok güzeldi. Odalar temiz ve sessizdi. Konum itibariyle heryere yakın. Kahvaltı muhteşemdi. Teras katında peri bacaları ve balonlar eşliğinde kahvaltı yapmak çok keyifliydi. Bu imkanları sağlayan aile işletmesine çok teşekkür ederiz.
